Lovely hotel with excellent, friendly staff.

Facilities were great, atmosphere was great and the staff excellent
Booking.com messages were “hacked” and fraudulent payments taken from my card…nothing to do with the hotel. In fact they were very helpful

Bathroom had no hooks, little space for toilet bags, even no hook for hand towel

Request for early checkin (to attend wedding in the afternoon) was met with ease, booking of taxis (to get to wedding) was also perfectly organised, breakfast was brilliant and the beds were soooooo comfortable.

Very clean, comfortable, very central hotel.
The staff were excellent. They even had time to help us when they were very busy preparing for a wedding.
Parking was a problem. The hotel park was very small. The street parking was limited and by disc.

Great location. Room almost perfect apart from lack of drawers.
The breakfast cost (£15 per head) when we really couldn’t justify another £120 on the cost of our break. So many choices around the hotel so why just an all or nothing deal in the hotel?

beautifully decorated with different style on each floor
beautiful big walk-in shower but the water was only Luke warm couldn’t get it to heat up
