lovely place, big rooms, very clean. we loved the view and the balcony.

The host Marga gave us a friendly welcome and allowed us to access the property early which was appreciated. The view from the balcony is perfect for people watching and a lovely spot to enjoy breakfast or an evening meal. Great location opposite a fabulous beach with pleanty of shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance. We all had a wonderful stay and would definately recommend. :)
WIFI wasn't the best but maybe this was a bonus as it encouraged me to switch off for a bit and read a book!

Beautiful clean bright spacious 3 bedroom self catering apartment overlooking the harbour/port of alcudia. The host was very communicative throughout our stay. We highly recommend Record Maritime ll
The location was superb with lots to do in the area. Central location with plenty of places to eat and drink. If you like cycling alcudia is the place to be. Pollensa and Formentor being a favourite.
The weather could have been warmer. Evening temperatures were between 9 & 12 degrees.

Immaculate property right on the front of alcudia port, perfect place to sit and people watch from the third floor so high enough not to be watched back!!! Perfect for bars beach etc perfect base for the the area

The apartment is fantastic. Everything seems brand new, it's spotlessly clean, the terrace is big and it really has a view of the sea. There is a big table outside with enough seating for 6 people. The hosts were available at pretty much any time of the day and night to answer or numerous questions and they even printed out our boarding cards (yes, wizzair asked us to print the boarding cards). Thank you Record Maritim II!
