Not much besides maybe the location which gave easy access. The height of the building. The music was ok..

The rooms smelled. The food could be smelled all the way to the 5th floor. The bathroom was damp, and the towels weren't very fresh.

Internet is very good. Room size is large. Still water is good.

Heed to our request for an early breakfast than they usually open as we were proceeding to Livingstone the next morning

The breakfast was fine. The room was very big. It was a twin. The staff were nice. Housekeeping was fast. Staff managed to get us a taxi quite fast, which was great.

We chose to eat authentic Chinese - most of the dishes were disappointing. The chicken and sweetcorn soup turned to water in 5 minutes. The prawn fried rice had microscopic prawn pieces in it. The chicken dish was actually pleasant. The overall price of the items was extortionate considering the quality of the food. The beds were very stiff, the air conditioning poor and the extra pillows were SO stained. NO FOOD after 9:30pm!!! So we had to starve the whole night. If I was hungrier I would have taken a chunk off the furniture. The lounge/bar + shops - more of less non-existent and quite dead.

I liked the menus, the room, the staff, fast Internet via cable

WiFi was bad and most of the things are in Chinese and no football channels

Staff, Aircon, and towel are less, tooth brush and no shampoo, no coffee, no utensils.

The reception was lovely. Members of staff good.

I suggested to them they must put atleast two bath towels for the room especially when the guests are two. Hopefully with lotion as well itherwise all was good
