Construction works so can be a bit noisy early in the morning!

Not very impressed by this hotel. The staff was very passive... not at all within Italian standards. Breakfast was not up to Italian standards; we had to go to a bar for a decent coffee... Spa services are NOT included in the price of the night, which makes this place a bit expensive for what it is compared with other accommodations in the same region. The city is relatively small and was not very animated when we travelled (this was the end of April). The only element we particularly enjoyed was the large and warm shower. Other than that, nothing special about this place.

The room, facilities and view were amazing!

The long, narrow and uneven staircase to get to our room was a challenge.

Excellent stay, nice staff who were very helpful and in a good location, tasteful room. Good restaurant next door, recommend by Michelin guide was good.

No water in the room, and breakfast was a little basic.

Gorgeous building with spacious, nicely decorated rooms. Lovely breakfast with a wide choice of sweet and salty food. Friendly welcome. We enjoyed our short stay in the suite and were sorry to leave!

Checking in went really easy. The room was very clean and simply stunning. High ceilings, modern bathroom and tools, great classic style and quiet. The bed was simply perfect. Slept really well.

The breakfast was a bit sober and the coffee machine didn't work in the breakfast room.

The whole stay was beyond expectation. The building was beautiful and rooms very comfortable. The staff offered friendly and genuine service along with a great breakfast. The spa was an unexpected surprise & is highly recommended.

location is great, the rooms are just beautiful - a mix of modern and old, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. breakfast is also delicious (fresh croissants and waffles).

the cleaning of the room could be a bit better (vacuuming not every day). there was also a fair bit amount of noise from the restaurant outside, and the shower is really tiny. the water in the shower changes temperature quite often, which is also a bit annoying.

First room had plumbing problems in the shower but we were very quickly moved to another room, which was lovely.
