Expected more luxury for 5 star around pool areas, also better standard of food and drink

There are many pools to choose from. Perfect for a family. The beach is nearby. There are many restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies in the vicinity. The breakfast is amazing with a wide variety of choices ( for vegetarians too).

The hotel has 5 restaurants. We tried 2 of them for dinner but they were not good in taste and authenticity.

amazing food at the buffet and restaurants. the pools were all fantastic. the staff were wonderful and so good with children. the room (we stayed in a junior living room suite) was fantastic too.

the phone to reception didn’t work, it was white noise and could only faintly hear the other person. literally that’s the only thing I can think of.

Great location. My children loved the bouncing pillow in the pool.

It was extremely busy and felt very cramped. Sunbeds were very close to each other which made you feel like sardines in a tin. We didn’t go all inclusive as we like to eat out. The drinks felt cheap.. for example I don’t mind paying 6 euro for a milkshake however a glass of chocolate milk or strawberry milk isn’t quite the same as a milkshake. Ice cream was from a cheap machine and was like custard and only 3 choice of ice lollies….. ? also being a 5 star I expected pool service which they didn’t have. I had to go to 3 different bars to get three different drinks, ice coffee from one, slushie from another and smoothie from the 3rd??? The football pitch which my 11 year old son was mostly looking forward to, had no shade at all for the whole day. this meant it was too hot for my son to play in the day and so only got to play at 9 at night for 30 mins…. not a great design feature. I would say the entertainment is mainly for children upto to 10 years max. teens would struggle to be entertained at this hotel. We only had lunch 3 times in the hotel at the veranda restaurant which was nice. We did try to book dinner in one of the ‘a la carte’ restaurant a couple of nights but all were full on both occasions so I can’t comment on the food at these.

everything was absolutely amazing from the second we arrived , the staff are all so friendly , the hotel was stunning , so many beautiful swimming pools to choose from and the childrens entertainment was so good something different every day and night good in the main restaurant , Italians , and the grill was some of the best salmon , lobster and pasta we’ve eaten , cocktail bars lovely wine it’s just perfect and we’ve booked to come back next year

great staff, very comfortable, lots of variety and entertainment and wonder things to enjoy outside the resort too

would have liked toiletry amenities. there’s was an all in one shampoo/conditioner/body soap but that was not suitable for my hair unfortunately

Breakfast was exceptional, pools were beautiful, room was spacious and cleaned immaculately daily with good A/C

No option to pay for food and drink as you go, all had to be placed on room and paid in one big bill at the end

Fighting for a pool bed everyday. U18’s in the adult area. Bar staff hopeless and bar bill at the end had to be altered by €180 as anyone can add stuff to your room. You couldn’t always get a receipt.

The room layout was perfect for families. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, the swimming pools were great; and the location was fantastic. Life was made very easy for parents!

The breakfast could have been better - the coffee wasn’t very good, the juices weren’t fresh and even the cereals and cakes weren’t the best quality. I would have preferred fewer choices but better quality items at breakfast
