Location and possibility to make meals.

The heavy smell of tobacco when we opened the door and which was persistent the whole stay. The noise coming from the construction work starting at 7 am. The noise from the Caffé til late night.

The location in the center of Leuven was exceptional.

The view from our apartment was the another window.

Apart from having a relatively short window to collect the keys without having to make alternative arrangements (3-8pm), the key pick up was straightforward with the chap at the front desk.

The lift was broken and we were on level six, however, the chap at the front desk helped with one of the large suitcases for the four of us.

Very nice location and good reception, although limited time hours which was open.

Our room was not clean and we had to ask twice to be cleaned. Especially the shower head was very very dirty.

Great position to see the old town and beyond. Bed very comfy and kitchen had hob with lots of utensils and pans.

Sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable to sit on as an ordinary sofa resulting in back pain.

I was not made aware that our apartment was unusable during our entire first day from 7am when we were woken to incredible loud demolition from the next door building. We were charged full price and no refund / late checkout offered. Also asked for the sofa bed to be made up and told there was a charge ! Even though we paid over €120 per night for our 3 night stay.

Instead of a double bed for me and my wife, we used a sofa that converts to a bed and the mattress was not very comfortable.....

the location is really good, right in the heart of town.

it would have been better if there were separate rooms within the apartment for privacy!

The hotel is located near to the main tourist attractions and the city center. The rooms are spacious.

Our room was not ready even though we arrived after check in time. We waited till an additional 45 minutes after check in for it to be cleaned. There are no lockers or service to leave luggage at the hotel while waiting for check in or check out. The reception is only manned from 3-8pm which means it is really not possible to ask the reception for any help outside these hours.
