Friendly staff, comfy beds, pretty good curtains, excellent breakfast, supportive owner: despite restaurant closed on sundays (which also serves as entry to hotel), we were able to leave our luggage in the 'storage room' so we could sightsee hands free until the evening when we came back to pick it up, before taking the train home. Also, they happily provided us with glutenfree 'pistolets/sandwiches' when we asked for them at breakfast!

Simple hotel room with an excellent location closeby the train station. Staff was friendly. Breakfast suprised us very pleasantly with a good choice & decent quality.

The hotel was very near to the Leuven Train Station, the breakfast was excellent and the room was large and good.

The entrance to the hotel is quite difficult to be found, no clear indication of the hotel name on the doors, no-one to be asked where it is and it was my 5th time stay in Leuven in 10 years. Unfortunately, I was assigned the only room located on the 4th floor, but there was no lift, I think that it should be clearly stated during the booking. As for the breakfast- generally OK, but there were almost cold eggs in insufficiently heated containers

Breakfast was ok for me since I do not each much in the morning :) If I would, I'd be disappointed. Let's say, eggs and sausages in the morning is enough for me, but for most it is not. So I'd rate breakfast as medium. But for this price and considering perfect location it's more than good for the hotel :)

Unclean. Shabby. In need of proper cleaning and a lick of paint. Damp patches and peeling paint in bathroom. Miniscule room and bathroom. Not suitable for 2 people & luggage. Overcharged on arrival (still not resolved). Poor breakfast - too many people, not enough food. Didn't help that the restaurant was open to non residents and a party of 14 on Sunday morning certainly impacted the 'service' and availability of food, plates, cutlery. Had to make up our own place settings on both mornings. Sadly one of the worst travel properties I have stayed in - have stayed in better backpacking hostels in the 1990s

It is right opposite the Leuven station. The staff was friendly.

It was not clean and the heating was not working properly. The carpet had large stains and did not feel very clean. The toilet in the bathroom was stained blue with toilet cleaners (talk about abstract art in a toilet bowl). The windows in the room opened into somebody's courtyard so you had to keep the windows always closed. The heating did not work the first night and I woke up with a headache.

The location and the breakfast are the best when visiting Leuven

I booked 1 room with 2 beds as I think it is bigger for me but when I get the room, it is 1 bed as they saw I go alone. Besides, the sink is so small, I feel hard to brush my teeth or wash my hand.
