Location is great for cycling.
Stuff is friendly.
1. Property is not suitable for 4 people - sofa is «hammock» type, so 2 people simply roll to the middle. The bed is not comfortable too.
2. Broken doors to balkony. Broken doors to bathroom- wooden part felt down on my kid.
3. Noisy - I had a feeling somebody is walking into our apartment all the time because of very light entry door. Also now I know favorite TV shows of our neighbors.
4. Everything is simple not taken care for, for example half of lights are not present in a lamp.
5. Dirty - spiderweb in corner. Dirty shower.

Windows goes to the street, there was really noisy. Bed was uncomfortable.
