The room is quite clean and quiet.

Black out at 10pm, but 20 minutes the electric was coming.

The facilities were very good for a small hotel. The rooms were very clean and the lady who I assume owned it was very friendly and helpful. The location backing on to the ocean was lovely.

The only thing that let down this accomodation was the standard of the the kitchen and bathroom. Both were very old and tired. It also seemed dangerous that the only place we could use the kettle and toaster was on the draining board of the sink. On arrival we got our keys from a lockbox, so didnt get any information ablout the place. IN light of this, it would have been useful to have had an information folder inside the room.

Location was excellent for access to the town. Views were excellent and at low tide we were able to walk out onto the river bed. Excellent swimming pool and jacuzzi spa pool

No remote control was made available for the air conditioning unit, no gas was made availlable for the bbq despite advising the owner. The accommodation was advertised as having a washing machine and tumble dryer, but there was nothing available in the apartment. There was access to a shared washing machine and drying line only and the staff were using this themselves. There was a problem with the shared washing machine when we were there and I was told to go and use the laundromat. There was an ant infestation in the bathroom and kitchen (Spray was available to use). Staff were at the property every day and despite locking our apartment staff came into our apartment several times unannounced, through an internal door and we felt we had no privacy.

Peaceful location, the jacuzzi was great, the room was clean, and we even got recommendations from Lynette (staff) about good restaurants! 😊😊😊

Everything was excellent, magnificent view. Lynette is a super host. We rented the big apartment with a family of 4 generations and it was super. Our family ghat lives in New Zealand is certainly going to return. All in all it is quality eith a big Q

The pool area is the best ever! They have a spa pool and access to a private deck that has the best views. Location is also great! Easy to find and parking available. Netflix on the TV.

Cooking was a bit challenging as they don’t want any smells in the room - no onions, steak or spices allowed! Otherwise, everything worked in the kitchen and it was very well equipped.

Clean and bright. Fresh up to date decor. Well maintained gardens. Friendly helpful staff.

The comfiest hotel beds we've stayed in, the bed and pillow were all so comfy, we had a great sleep each night. The pool area was beautifully maintained and relaxing. The staff were all lovely and gave a personal touch to our experience, they were all super helpful and friendly.
