Die Lage ist super zentral, man ist innerhalb weniger Gehminuten in der City.

Wir mussten mitten in der Nacht abreisen, da in unserem Zimmer ein Nagetier sein Unwesen getrieben hat. Direkt neben dem Bett, hinter der Holzverkleidung der Wand, waren sehr laute Kratz- und Nagegeräusche zu hören. An Schlaf war nicht mehr zu denken, da das Tier auch jederzeit aus einem Loch in der Wand hätte kommen können. Ich habe die Hotelbetreiber direkt per Nachricht informiert und um Prüfung einer Rückerstattung gebeten. Zunächst habe ich schnell eine freundliche Rückmeldung erhalten mit der Aussage, dass der Hausmeister die Angelegenheit prüfen wird. Doch nun sind seitdem 3 1/2 Wochen vergangen, ich habe keine weitere Rückmeldung erhalten und meine Nachrichten werden nicht mehr beantwortet. Wir sind sehr enttäuscht, denn das dürfte auch bei der Preisklasse nicht passieren. Ich kann diese Unterkunft niemandem empfehlen, der auf eine ruhige, sorglose Nacht in Koblenz aus ist.

Nice and central location

Bathroom and toilet had clear glass doors, so there was no privacy when using these. If you opened the window, the people across the street could see you on the toilet.

Very spacious room with comfortable bed. Location close to the center.

Walking up the staircase to the 3rd floor with all my luggage. The cleaning lady entered the room 30 minutes before we needed to leave (she then apologized and left).

Location is convenient for the old city

You would be well advised to reconsider this property. Check in is by entering a dirty passageway and inputting a passcode using an outdated electronic system. When this failed to identify our booking code, or other verifications, we had to buy a SIM card and call the remote reception person. After over an hour of no reply to messages, we got through, only to be told we were booked in but there was no room available! No advance warning of the unavailability and the confirmation of our booking meant nothing. We had to book another property

Location is good, entrance with the machine easy, room have spacious height.

Bed was low quality and not comfortable. You would easily have backache after spending a night on that beds. Shampoo was nearly finished, I finished it and because of the no reception system, I couldn't ask for help.

Clean. Close to station & easy walk into town. Adequately equipped kitchen.

Smaller room than expected for price. OK for our single night stopover but not great if spending longer in the city.
