The place was spacious and welcoming. close to the center. We had a good time

It is a very clean and comfy property with all the basic amenities you would need for a comfortable stay. We’ve stayed here 3 times already, really like how spacious the apartments are and also that you can get buy SPA access to the SPA that is 5 min walk.
Sound proofing- but we understand that you cannot change the building. But what would be lovely is to add very basic items in the apartments- extra toilet paper, trash bags, washing liquid, maybe some salt and pepper. it makes absolutely no sense planet wise- to buy these items, use just a little bit and later put it to trash since we cannot take them with us…

the appartement was big, clean and close to town.
the only thing I missed was a set of cleaning stuff to do the dishes. so bring it yourself.

The location is only a 7 minutes walk to the center of Ortisei and it has some shops nearby. The apartment in which we stayed was spacious, clean and had every kitchen item we needed. The ski room was one of the nicest I've seen.
I'm very picky with beds, and the bed did not live up to my expectation. It wasn't terrible, but it wasn't great either.

The structure of apartments are great, the owners were exceptionally great. We really liked the large living rooms.
The location is not optimal, but we knew it before booking the place. Another minor thing - then we arrived there weren't any dish washer or other basic things, so we had to buy things that we used only like 20%.

Ortisei is a very pretty town. Bus stop was close. If not in ski boots it was a nice walk into town which we did many times.
The ski room was great and we preferred this to leaving our skis in town at the ski rental.
The rooms were bigger than expected and everything was clean and worked. There is a nice balcony with some chairs to sit outside if the weather is good.
The lobby downstairs was also very clean and presentable.
A nice surprise for us as a family staying for two weeks was a washing machine in the bathroom which came in handy to wash smelly ski gear. Unfortunately there wasn't a rack to hang the clothes on but we made do.
The electricity tripped once but we soon worked out that we shouldn't turn on the kettle and too many plates on the stove all at the same time. Not a real issue.
Wifi was mostly really good but at times did disconnect, possibly when there were many residents connecting at the same time, also not a real issue.

Uncomfortable mattress and pillow in our room. Lot of noise from the sanitary installation in our apartment.
