Pictures were extremely deceiving; our expectations were not met as the room we were provided with was very different to the pictures that are advertised on Booking.com. The sofa and carpet in the living room were not clean; they looked very old and dirty. We covered the sofa with a bedsheet as we did not even want to sit on it as it was dirty and stained. There is no office/reception check-in area, meaning you have to call the property and wait for keys to be handed over to you. Self-check in instructions would have been much better and modern.

Sheets were clean, mattress in Bed 1 was comfortable enough, aircon worked although there was only one and in the living room, it was quiet

The entire unit excluding the (what looks to be recently renovated bathroom) is old and tired. The glass sliding door entry to the property had a cracked lower panel, the lock did not feel very secure and there was no security/flyscreen on it. There was no plumbing to the laundry sink and the ironing board had no cover just bare metal net slats, there was debris needing to be swept up at the back door. The bathroom reno was poorly done: the cold tap to shower and sink is installed reverse to normal. the double power point only worked on one outlet the toilet seat did not fit the vanity is too big making the toilet difficult to comfortably sit on and use the toilet roll holder bar fell off constantly- there was no grub screw The furniture was dusty In the second bedroom the bunk bed blocked one of the cupboard drawers from opening One of the lamp shades in Bed 1 had no shade and the other was misshapen The site photographs were nothing like the reality, very misleading.

The price was reasonable. We booked it online

There were cockroaches. No washing machine. Ironing board but no iron. Very run down. Dripping tap in the shower

Very old and dated. Bed not comfortable at all. Very little blankets. Could hear other guests banging around until very late. Kitchen was not clean. Place needs a serious update

The property is very old. Carpet is old, and the wardrobe was falling to pieces.

I needed low set which this had. quiet location with separate blocks in a residential neighbourhood.
