Location of the flat. Flat inside the historic building. Possibility to cook yourself at the flat. Sofa bed was comfortable.

It was very cold in the flat. The address provided here is idfferent to the actual location of the flat., which I have not realized till we got there.

Great location. Easy walk from Palais du Pape parking station (follow the road not the stairs!). Very easy check-in. We requested a cot and it was in the room when we arrived. Kitchen was well equipped for a short stay.

We stayed in the thick of winter and it was incredibly cold and windy. The heating was really only just enough. The apartment is tiled throughout - a rug on the floor in the living room and/or in the bedroom would make it a bit cosier.

Perfectly located in the ancient walled town with very easy access to walk everywhere. The apartment is warm, clean and styled beautifully.

Kathy and Saad are extremely kind and very much on top of everything. The apartment was spotless and communication flowed. We would definitely stay there again, preferably in summer - winter is cold in Avignon.

The apartment is really in the very heart of the old town.

There were altogether 3 beds in the apartment, however none of them was wider than 140 cm which is not comfortable for two people, accordingly we were unable to sleep together with my wife.

it was on the ground floor, next to the main entrance to the building and it was therefore noisy and as a solo female traveller I just felt unsafe.

Ground floor access into pleasant apartment building. Good for seniors. Convenient to squares and restaurants for people watching. Owner was pleasant and responsive to issues.

There were a lot of off- putting regulations and rules which detracts from welcoming atmosphere. There was no refrigerator. A big drawback for longer stays. Tiny plastic chairs for dining not suitable for adults in a named "luxury apartment Too large really for a couple but great for large family or group.

Close to the old city

I do not recommend these apartments. There is little light in the apartment, a low ceiling, a lot of flies. It was a very unpleasant experience when we had to constantly kill flies.... The entrance door has a small gap from the ground, so the noise from the street can be heard pretty easily: you can hear everybody who moves on the street. The washing machine did not work. The apartment was dirty. The owner required payment outside of booking.com plus a copy of my ID.We traveled around France and this was one of the worst choices for accommodation in our journey.

Location

The apartment is on the ground. No proper light in the apartment. You can hear early in the morning everybody who move on the street and especially the streets cleaning service vehicle. The whole apartment smells on moisture and especially in the toilet which almost doesn't have ventilation.

not clean, no cupboards to put my clothes in no instructions in English for washing machine the decor is like second hand miss match grotty used sponge for washing dishes really petty that there is a tumble dryer in the apartment with a big lock so we can’t use it!
