Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Direkt an einen der besten Strände von der Insel. Man kann am weißen Strand mit kristallklaren türkisfarbenen Wasser sehr gut schwimmen weil es so gut wie keine Wellen gibt und man kann sehr gut schnorcheln. Man sieht schon im flachen Wasser viele bunte tropische Fische. Es gibt viele sehr gute Restaurants, Bars mit live music, Cafés und Beach Clubs direkt vor dem Hotel. Man ist direkt im Zentrum von Gili Trawangan. Die Restaurants und Bars sind direkt am Meer und sehr schön und stylisch im südostasiatischen Stil angelegt. Der Hafen, wo man u. a. nach Bali übersetzten kann, ist ca. 7 min. zu Fuß vom Hotel entfernt. Die Zimmer sind groß, modern, gepflegt und sehr sauber. Die Regendusche war sehr schön und draußen mit Pflanzen angelegt. Es war wie so ein kleiner eigener Bungalow weil man direkt auch einen kleinen Garten mit Terrasse für sich hatte. Es gab auch Tee und Kaffeezubehör und einen Wasserkocher sowie einen großen Kühlschrank. Bademantel und Hausschuhe waren auch vorhanden. Der Schwimmingpool konnte bis spätabends genutzt werden und war beleuchtet und das Wasser war warm. Im Restaurant gab es jeden Abend ab 18 Uhr ein BBQ, was sehr gut war und zu empfehlen ist und auch das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war sehr gut. Der Spa war auch sehr gut. Ich hatte ein Bio Facial was sehr angenehm war.

Das Personal war noch sehr jung und nicht so erfahren und so mit allen etwas überfordert. Es fehlte der sehr gute indonesische Service. Ich fühlte mich teilweise wie in einen Ibis Hotel in Deutschland was den Service angelangte, was bedeutet, kein Service. Das ist sehr verbesserungswürdig. Sie boten auch keine Aktivitäten oder Touren von Seiten des Hotels an, stattdessen wurden mir fragwürdige Angebote gemacht, die zum einen total überteuert waren oder mir wurde ein sehr günstiger Schnorchelausflug über einen Drittanbieter vom Hotel angeboten, der vom Service auch nicht gut war und besonders für Anfänger meiner Meinung nicht geeignet war. Am besten geht man selbst an einen der vielen Stände und erkundigt sich dort direkt was für einen am besten geeignet ist. Es wäre schön, wenn das Hotel selbst Ausflüge und Touren direkt anbieten würde. Das Frühstück war für indonesische sehr schlecht und entsprach eher einen Hostel anstatt einen 4 Sterne Hotel. Das war eines meiner schlechtesten Frühstücke, die ich jemals in Indonesien hatte. Frühstück in einen 4 Sterne Hotel nur bis 10 Uhr geht auch nicht. Mindestens sollte in so einer Gegend, wo viel los ist und es auch Nachtleben gibt, Frühstück bis 11 Uhr angeboten werden. Ich habe das Frühstück deshalb auch nur einmal genutzt, was eine Enttäuschung war. Es gibt auch nur Frühstück a la Card. Es wäre besser das Frühstück als Buffet anzubieten. Die Qualität war nicht gut und es war nur klein.

There was a water container in the bedroom, which is so amazing with the heat. It had a good sized bed with good air conditioning. Didn’t hear anything from the nightlife, we were in a garden room. The outside shower was different! Pool was clean and a good size to swim in.

Een verblijf van 6 dagen in een garden room. Ontbijt; keuze uit 6 mogelijkheden! Geserveerd op het stand met geweldig uitzicht. Kwaliteit gegarandeerd. Personeel; uitmuntende, oprecht vriendelijke mensen die altijd in zijn voor een grapje of een praatje; wat een enorm lieve mensen. Hielpen ons goed om een privé speedboot te regelen naar Bangsal en een aanvullende taxi naar Kuta Lombok Zwembad; fantastisch, heerlijk om een baantje te zwemmen, blijft wel warm door de zon. De kamer; we hadden een garden room, een “vierkante” kamer van 25m2, met een geweldige buiten badkamer. Zowel in de kleine voortuin(met zitjes) als in de badkamer heel veel planten en bloemen waardoor je net iets langer op de wc wil blijven zitten :) Maak je niet druk over geluidsoverlast van de moskee of de weg; je hoort niets! De bedden zijn voortreffelijk, niet hard, niet zacht, gewoon echt goed. We zijn de hele wereld over gegaan, maar dit hotel valt in onze top 10 tav kamer, gastvrijheid, wat een topper en voor een geweldige prijs

Nagyon jó elhelyezkedés a kikötőhöz közel, este hangulatos vacsora hely grill ételekkel. A szoba tiszta, jól felszerelt, saját ballonos ivóvízzel és legkondival. Kényelmes az ágy :)

A fürdőszoba kinti, ami nagyon hangulatos, de ha valakit zavarnak esetleg a gekkók, akkor nem ajánlom :) A személyzet nem mindig volt a helyzet magaslatán. A reggeli választék nem volt túl gazdag.

Location, right in the middle of it but rooms far enough that I didn’t hear anything at night. Love an outdoor bathroom and rooms nice and cold when sleeping

We stayed here for 4 days with our one year old daughter. Facilities and restaurant was good. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast menu was satisfactory. Pool area was well maintained and clean.

The rooms were probably a bit small for us but good value for money

Good location

Very disappointing being called at 10:55am telling us to check out when we had an email confirmation regarding late check out. After emailing months in advance and travelling from London this was very irritating. This was brought up at the front desk however the staff were not apologetic, even after I shared the conversation thread. I even confirmed late check out when we checked in, so for this reason we would not return.

Very good location, good boutique resort. Don't expect it to be a massive resort, if you are looking for that, there are other options on the Island like Villa Ombak and Travangan Resort. However, if you are looking for an equal level of comfort at a cheaper price, this is your go to place. Staff is also very pleasant and quick to respond to requests

close to the harbour- about 5 mins walk beach front and sun beds provided for free private rooms- garden rooms are great and very spacious has a pool would stay again

close to the harbour so not a long walk with luggage. most staff were friendly

Bikes were advertised at $5 a staff member tried to make money by saying it was $7. we hired an electric bike for $30 through the property and the bike needed charging most of the day. also advertise a discount at the onsite spa which we did not receive, Breakfast was very poor, eggs not cooked and other items cold.

Not worth the money...

Bathroom with outdoor shower was beautiful. The little front yard was so cute and was a nice area to sit. The location of the hotel was great, we just walked a few minutes from the ferry.

The bed was a little hard for me but maybe I'm just used to a bit softer bed. Everything else, bedding, pillows were great. They could use a dehumidifier or something for the rooms because the AC makes everything inside the room a little damp. The breakfast was not bad but the BarBQ place was really over price and the food was terrible.

Boats in front of the hotel on very nice beach. Not nice for swimming.. sea is very nice and clear, beach is nice. But due to lit of small excursion boats is not the best place for swimming

The place was magic. We had a Plunge pool room that was perfect for cooling off during the heat of the day. We were situated right behind the kitchen yet could barely here it or any of the neighbouring rooms.

I was a bit disappointed that they are still advertising as a dive resort but currently not operating dives. Other than that the place was amazing.

Very nice private swimming pool. Perfect location, great breakfast. Very good restaurant. Love everything about it.

We had to change our room to another room without a pool as the bedsheets and towel were really dirty.
