Shower system, cold bedrooms

Staff were lovely and hard working , toilets and shower clean. Shower was hot most of the time.

Rooms were noisy and the Beds were just awful! They are Very small with Old dirty and uncomfortable mattresses. Stayed in a bunk bed and they are so flimsy You can feel every slight movement the other person makes. Bed sheets didn’t fit on bed so constantly came off which meant sleeping on dirty mattress (just buy some with elastic aged corners) in fact build some rigid fixed beds with curtains and get some decent mattresses. It’s not difficult just look how other hostels have done it.

Nice hostel, in an interesting building with great roof terrace. It was very social, especially at night time.

Comfy cushions on the seating on the terrace would be nice.

The rooftop bar was cool and the location was great. WiFi and entrance security were good too.

This hostal didn't feel very safe. I was the only girl between all the shared dorms. On my first night, there was an incident involving a drunk man who made me feel extremely uncomfortable in my room. When I vocalised what happened to the staff, they didn't offer any solutions and were unempathetic. I upgraded myself to a private room after deliberating but was still uncomfortable as the man was roaming around the hostel freely. Won't be coming again

Lots of large communal space. The dorm rooms were spacious and the beds were comfy.

If you are staying in a room without en-suite, there is only one shower between everyone in the whole hostel. So it means you might be waiting a while. There’s a big terrace but the seating was uncomfortable, the space could have been utilised better too.

Hospitality

The staff was super nice, always there and very helpful in every case. the rooms are perfectly clean and so is the rest of the hostel, which is a big plus! the rooftop terrace is very nice and great for relaxing the whole day round. there is a hostel bar + Burger night three days a well, which is amazing!

I can’t say there was anything that I didn’t like.

The staff were very friendly and very helpful. They allowed us to store our luggage whilst we explored the city again before getting our late night bus. Quiet hostel allowing for a good night's sleep

Entire property very well maintained. Cleaning of bathrooms, kitchen and common areas cleaned throughout the day. Staff was great.

wasn’t a hugely sociable hostel, no group activities whilst we were there. sheets weren’t fitted so came off very easily.

Clean property with basic facilities. Loved the pool table and kitchen.

The location is perfect!

Roomies were too loud and cant sleep well! Next to room 11 with music until 5am on the balcony/terrace. The staff didnt do anything
