The most adorable host, food was also really good and the service great. Would definitely stay again!

It is a family run business and they really make you feel welcome. They were always helpful and around if we needed anything. We went out of season so managed to be the only guests. Received 5 star treatment. Location is good, 10 minute walk to beach and near local shops, restaurants, bars and bus stop. Had a lovely stay here.

I felt like a part of their family all the time. Everything was perfect. Aleksander and his family are really great people! Also a nice and quiet location but still close enough to everything (beaches, shops, etc.). I will definitely come again! :))

We had an amazing stay at Aleksander Apartments! Great location, tasty breakfasts, clean rooms. Aleksander and his family are amazing hosts :) definitely will stay again at this place if going to Ksamil again !

Cozy room a few minutes away from the beach. The owner were really nice and helpful and the room was perfect’y clean!

We loved the owners, location (you need to walk about 15 minutes to the beach (but if you want to relax, it is better than staying on busy and noisy beachfront!), cleanliness. Bed is comfortable. Fridge is also useful to keep products.

Not enough kitchen utensils, no water in bottles, kitchen stove doesn't work. Also the breakfast is small, a-la carte, for example for English breakfast only half of sausage, one thin slice of cheese, instant coffee... All in all our stay was good and comfortable

The owners are incredibly kind and responsive people. The apartment is comfortable, it was cleaned every day. Very tasty food. Very quiet place, but also 5 minutes from the beach.

Too many cars in Ksamil.

Aleksander and his family were just amazing! They gave us also many advises about beaches and places to visit in Albania, and always took care of our needs (regarding the food and the room) - breakfast and dinner were prepared with fresh products from local farmers. The room was perfectly cleaned and comfortable. The position of this hotel is really stretegic: just 5/10 min away from the best beaches of Ksamil. We can't wait to come back!

Delicious food served in a lovely restaurant. The room - cleaned every day, towels and bedclothes - changed every 3 days. Great family atmosphere, it feels like home. Hosts were ready to help us in everything. We'd like to thank Alexander, his wife and lovely daughters for making our stay an unforgettable experience.

It would be great to have some furniture at the balcony.

The Aleksander Apartments was a great place to stay. Breakfast was delicious, we could chose what we wanted to eat from the menu. We decided to have our diners in Aleksander’s restaurant. This was great decision because everything was was very fresh and tasty and not expensive. Aleksander, the owner of the business, is very nice and kind person, when you stay in there you will feel like part of family. I highly recommend this place to stay if you are in Ksamil.

Had a really good stay at Aleksanders. Fresh rooms, daily cleaning. Aleksander and his whole family were very inviting and helpful.

The bed and pillows were not that comfortable. Also, it would´ve been nice to have some outdoor furniture on the balcony. However, it felt like the place was still under construction so that would explain it.

The room was clean, wi-fi in the room was fast.

For breakfast you only have 3 options (an omelette, croissant with ham and cheese, or English breakfast). During our week-long stay we were woken up each morning by the noise from a construction site across the road. The noise usually started around 8 am.

The hosts were super friendly and give you information about the surroundings. Breakfast is just magnificent (you can choose yourself what you would like to eat) and the rooms are quite large with a nice balcony. There is also an option to do your laundry for a small charge (around €3) which comes in handy after some days at the beach. There is free parking space at the hotel and should you travel by foot are you not far from the city center.

There is not a lot not to like about Aleksander Apartments. It is located at about 10 minutes from the super busy beaches of Ksamil, but to us this was rather positive. At night there was quite a lot of noise from animals in the neighbourhood.

Everything: location, proximity to the beautiful beaches, Supermarket, restaurants. Aleksander and his family are amazing people! Food at their restaurant was so delicious! I can highly recommend to anyone this hotel in Ksamil.

A great house, we are glad that we chose it. The house is quiet and peaceful, and if you need beaches, bars, music and fun, 10 minutes on foot and you will have all this. Convenient Parking in front of the house. Comfortable good beds and mattresses. The cleanliness of the room is 100%. Mosquito nets are absolutely on all windows. Room cleaning every day! Frequent change of linen and towels. Very positive and friendly family, comfortable accommodation, very tasty, diverse cuisine, you can try excellent traditional Albanian dishes and desserts. We are very glad that we took breakfast+dinner, and did not worry about the food at all, but only walked, swam and rested.

Wonderful hosts! Extremely friendly and hospitable! Perfect cleanliness! The room was cleaned every day, the sheets and towels were changed on the third day. Breakfast was optional from the menu, and there I ate the most delicious omelette I have ever eaten! Thank you from the heart of the whole family for the wonderful rest and tranquility that provided us.
