Everything was very nice, breakfast beatiful. I can recommend the hotel.

There was nothing else in the room except an ashtray, there was not even a trash can, and there was only hot water in the bathroom for a small part of the day, there was only cold water in the bathroom, there was no shampoo or soap. I do not recommend it, avoid it!!!

Towels and linen were changed every two days and the room was cleaned every two days. The hotel has a free parking which is a great plus since it’s difficult to find available parking places in Ksamil. Staff is very friendly even though they don’t speak English so well. Good breakfast choices but they could/ should include some ham as well. Hotel restaurant is good and prices are very affordable. There are two supermarkets right next to the hotel, which is very convenient. Nice balconies.

It is not so close to the beach as we thought when we booked. No one is wearing a mask, neither at the hotel nor in the country. Breakfast gets cold if you don’t go immediately when they serve it in the morning because the hotel doesn’t have the food reheating plates like some other hotels. We didn’t get the room we booked and we were told they don’t have such bigger rooms, which is possible but it shouldn’t be listed as an option on Booking then. Shower is too small. The hotel doesn’t take credit or any kind of cards and everything needs to be paid in cash on the spot, which came as a shock and it should have been mentioned before hand. Also no receipt is given not just at the hotel but in Albania in general. No toiletries. TV has only one channel, in Albanian. No elevator. Lack of hangers in the closet.

Very nice, clean and comfortable hotel . The staff were kind, helpful and did their best for the comfort of the guest. The food was great. And the hotel is located near the center of Ksamil, within walking distance of several beaches and of all the restaurants and bars.

We spent time here during summer holiday. Staff is truly warm and welcoming, rooms big and perfectly clean. Food is good and tasty and meals big enough (I eat a LOT). If you are looking clean, nice and comfy place to stay on a budget, don't look elsewhere.
