Great view, room and beds are comfortable, a bottle of wine provided was a pleasant surprise. Great that the host also provided laundry detergent.

The host could be more responsive. Ignored my question about potential price adjustment for reduced number of guests. Also when I texted to clarify checkout procedure, no response neither. No hair shampoo/conditioner.

Internet service downstairs wasn't good.

Location was great, the house had great views and was great. TV was easy to use and all the instructions there. The place was clean and the beds were comfy.

The shower pressure was very uneven as soon as another tap or shower was used and not ideal , further the large soap holders on the shower rose kept getting in the way i would suggest removing them.

spent quite some time to find the house as it was a bit confusing on the pin send from Booking.com & misunderstood it was the same pin send by owner. no dish trainer, no vegetable peeler in the home.

We had the worst experience with this holiday home. On arrival we discover there was no water in the house and cleaners were still cleaning the house. We had to spend our time there with bottle water. To make this matter worse, the owner and property management refused to offer any compensation. There was no way to shower after long journey or even making small cup of tea was mission. Neighbors told us this was ongoing issue and owner didn't bother to inform us or approached for booking cancellation. Overall this property ruined our time in Queenstown. It was truly miserable experience and one that I would never want to repeat.

Good views, pretty near to the town centre, modern vibes.

The blinds for the top level (where we had a sofa bed prepared) weren't very good at keeping out light - this meant waking early due to the sunlight as we stayed around summer. Nonetheless this is minor in comparison to the rest of the stay.

Well-appointed, comfortable apartment with an absolutely stunning view over lake Wakatipu. Close enough to Queenstown that services are easily accessible, but distant enough that it is calm and tranquil (much nicer to be woken by the sound of bellbirds than partying!).

The property really is tucked away up the hill---recommend using GPS to find it if the option is available to you (we took a few wrong turns at first!).

Communication was excellent, property was perfect for our stay and had everything that we needed. Views were amazing. Would definitely come back again :-)
