Room was adequate for price, breakfast was ok for cold food.

Everything was pretty good just a comment about the hot breakfast foods were mainly cold.

Room was spacious, location is close to the center, staff was friendly and helpful. Even though the parking was full we were able to park close by with a discount.

Cleanliness was not up to par, the rooms are carpeted and there were no hand towels. Also no amenities other than soap. No fridge in the room. The parking was full.

Clean comfortable room. Good breakfast. Great location. They serve good pizza 24/7 which is very useful, especially on Christmas when every place to eat or buy goods is closed.

Location, good for what I was doing and a short walk from Eurostar and city centre.

Service very slow at the bar. This was my 3rd stay here and the breakfast just keeps getting worse.

Staff very pleasant and helpful. Meals adequate to very good. Room very comfortable, bathroom very large with walk-in shower. Small room to be on your own. Unfortunately having to go to another garage for parking as there was no parking at the hotel.
