El personal es muy servicial y amable, nos ayudaron en todo lo que necesitamos. Está muy limpio, la piscina es muy agradable y las habitaciones amplias y muy cómodas.

El restaurante y el bar tienen precios bastante elevados.

Hotel grande y con las garantías de una gran cadena. Camas cómodas y grandes. Siempre daban 4 botellas de agua al dia. Muy buen desayuno, con muchas opciones.

Los precios de la cena eran altos . Está lejos de casi todo, aunque el hecho de que no esté en el centro de la ciudad es mejor porque el centro es puro ruido.

Nice modern hotel with exceptional hospitality. Special call out to the restaurant staff especially the manager who took extremely good care of us. We were traveling with two senior citizens and two infants. Loved every aspect of it.

The location of the property is perfect very near to the Taj Mahal The interiors of the property was outstanding aesthetically Just loved the hospitality of the staff especially in the dining hall....kudos to Miss Shruti who was always there to help us and guide us with her charming smiling face.

The food could have been better......there could have been a LIVE counter for aaloo parantha too

The pool was dirty so we were not able to see the bottom of the pool - even from our room that was on the 1st floor - (big pool and little one for the kids). In 5 stars hotel this should not be the case that the pool is so poorly maintained. When we were smoking outside, ashtrays were not cleaned and glasses were not removed for hours after we left. When we would come back in couple of hours, it would still be there.

Шумоизоляцию хотелось бы получше. Было слышно детей из соседних номеров и шум из коридора.

El personal muy amable, siempre atento a todo. En especial el sr. Narendra Goswami que se encargó de organizarme las visitas a el Taj Mahal y Agra Fort, todo salió perfecto y el guía el sr. Mudi super atento y respetuoso. Lo recomiendo totalmente!

loved the hotel especially the attitude at the Reception area... We were looked after so well especially at the check out time... Charming young man who had a pre packed breakfast to go for us, especially as we were going early morning

They charge one rupee with out OTP and without my consent in free cancellation period to check my credit card is valid or not, if they had any issue they can charge it with my consent. I feel bad for you

Fantastic stay. The staff are amazing and bring the service to another level with constant care and attention. Right from booking where Sourabh Mohile helped. Mr Paramjeet at checkin time was so helpful and went out of his way arranging for my mother’s wheelchair etc. The buffet breakfast is worth it and the team working there, right from the chefs (Mr Binoy) to Kaif and Swapnil amongst others, all were attentive and friendly and ready to help. Kaif was especially helpful and quick to make us feel welcome. Housekeeping’s Mr Lotan and his team looking after guests v well. Any request was promptly answered. Bravo 👏🏼 to the whole team.

Courtyard Marriotts entrance, reception, dinning area and poolside are absolutely stunning. However the rooms do need to be refreshed and carpets removed to allow fresh air to flow through the property. The staff are exceptionally nice and extremely caring, due to my asthma being triggered at the property the General Manager Sorab took it personally to ensure I was looked after and upgraded me and my sister to an executive suite. Paramjeet, Sanjay the house keepers and the chef made our stay specially beautiful, I cannot express how grateful I am for the kindness and care they provided. I will definitely stay at the property whenever I visit Agra. Thank you all for making our stay so special.

Not being asked during checking if I require a smoking or non-smoking room. Im a non-smoker and asthmatic the smell from the room trigger off my asthma.

Excellent breakfast buffet - the best we've had in travelling India. It was a very comfortable stay and appreciated the small touches - e.g. extra water the 2nd day when housekeeping realised we'd used all the water provided previous, rose petals on bed. Good facilities - exercise centre, pool/table tennis in kids room.

The room didn't appear fully made up on our first night - missing face towels and comb in bathroom. Make sure you check your Booking.com discount is applied - it hadn't been added when we went to check-out so needed to ask for it to be added. Limited reception support - only two people on which leads to queuing around check in and check out times.

The property is beautiful and very well maintained. Even though it is close to the huddle and bustle it feels very peaceful! The security was thorough and we were allowed to bring guests in for breakfast from another hotel at a very reasonable rate!

Al principio nos asignaron una habitación que no estaba lista (limpieza) al notarlo, rápido arreglaron el error.

Staff were always helpful, polite and approached us to ensure we were satisfied throughout the stay. Beautiful Interiors and comfortable room. Gym area was well equipped and modern. Amazing buffet spread and lots to select from. We also went to the Indian restaurant which was equally delicious. Highly recommend staying here!

Rooms could have been cleaner. My boyfriend was able to see the collection of dust at the top of the bed top.
