The bad is very comfortable and the location is very well. Otherwise, there are so many restaurants around the Lin hotel , I can choice different food styles.

The lobby is crowded.The popular restaurant beside the lobby cause there are so many people waiting at the same areas. By the way ,the cake shop that I brought a chocolate cake and the test very horrible. After I browsed the website and the cheese cake seem their popular signature. Fine .Fine.Next time I will try the cheese cake. They provide the afternoon tea for Executive Suite of guest. The food is unpalatable.

Great location, great service and friendly staff. REal value for money. Everything you may need form a 4 star hotel. Worndeful breakfast buffet with everything to Asian and westarn taste.

Hotel was quiet crowded during the weekend. Queue at the lifts was quiet long despite the staff trying to make it as smooth as possible. Business lounge on 25th floor was full until end of happy hour at 5pm.

The receptionists at the front desk need to be retrained. The receptionist offered no greeting or smile while checking me in. She just kept looking at her computer, yet barely acknowledged my existence except when asking for my credit card and ID. Checking out was more or less the same. I travel quite a lot. I have never had experiences like this ever.

The overall vibe is above and beyond many 5* chain hotels. The bed, the toiletries, the cleanliness, simply gives an impression that there is a no compromise management running behind. Their breakfast buffet is legendary. Forget about dieting when you enter the breakfast hall. Besides, you probably won't be able to complete the entire buffet offering in one seating.

Need to have english instructions to operate the bidet for non-native guests. The pool while clean looks dated.

The room was not clean and definitely not a five star hotel standard. The chairs were filled with mysterious stains and dust balls covered the floor. The mirrors and shower door had stains even after they’ve supposedly cleaned the room.

Everything is great except the birthday cake. Just not my cup of tea. 瑕不掩瑜

Room and bathroom were terribly dirty. dust everywhere was older same a few days, lets's say a feww weeks at least. So I have been two times to the front office to ask somebody to clean at least the bathroom. BNever happened in 3 days... And when I got to the Club on 25th Floor, I must say the experience was not up to the standing either : receptionnist avoiding eye contact and totally unfriendly. There are definitevely better options in the surroundings
