The owner was lovely and the room was clean and the location fabulous with lovely views.

The accomadation needs a serious update - peeling fans / holes in net curtains / new paintwork/ stains on carpet and patched up walls with holes.

Did like the rooms

The location was amazing and close to everything. Was clean tidy and had everything you could need/want. Gardens were beautiful 😍 really relaxing.

Could've of had air-conditioning in the bed rooms was a little inadequate having just the one in the main area on all the time. Pool needs a had rail to help access.

Comfortable, spacious apartment. Needs a bit of TLC but we’d stay here again. Well priced, combustion log fire was lovely. Set in a picturesque setting, felt immersed in the mountains. Walking distance to town shops, parking right outside our garden apartment.

Needs some updating of the facilities.

A country mountain stay with lovely views out to the Valley with Bqq and outdoor seating available to enjoy it and take in nature. It has some lovely tall pines in the front and you could certainly unwind and relax in the beautiful mountain air. Close to Montville main strip without being too far. The garden cabin was comfortable, shower was nice and warm and it had mini kitchenette facilities. Free internet and a bundle of DVD's to indulge in.

There are some minor cosmetic updates that are needed, for example the front door blind was broken but, it is an older establishment and wear and tear is to be expected, it did not take away the overall enjoyment of the stay.

Location of garden apartment is excellent

Parking was close to the apartment. Two lights were not working, but fixed promptly. There were plenty of DVD's but we had no time to watch any. Beds were comfortable and if needed there were extra pillows and blankets. Shower/bathroom was clean, but as a tip, provide a squeegee so you can wipe the shower dry. It was basic but for two night it's OK.

The entrance was the only opening to get light inside. No other windows for fresh air. We were unable to lock the screen door. The fridge was a bit noisy sometimes (normal for a fridge) but the bed was in the same room. Luckily it didn't wake us up. Also the walls are a bit thin, so the party next door could be heard. Not a lot of storage for toiletries in the bathroom.

Quiet area with a good view

The property is very old. The fridge was broken and the blinds were mouldy. The curtains were falling to pieces.

We had a ground floor 2 bedroom mountain view room. The apartments were clean, very comfortable and located close to town to access restaurants. The balcony and outdoor area it overlooked was pretty. Easy set up travelling with 2 kids having 2 separate bedrooms, one with queen and other with 2 singles. About 20 mins drive to Australia Zoo where we spent one of our days. About 5 mins to the very pretty Kondalilla Falls where we spent an afternoon too.
