Excellent location, beautifully appointed accommodations, and fabulous host.

Everything about the property to the host to the room was above expectation. Breakfast was plentiful with the best crossiants ever tasted. The bed was very comfortable with nice pillows. Great bathroom wonderful shower. Right across the road from the beach.

Charming guesthouse with good facilities. As we were out of season we got free parking only 50m away. Very good sea views from the breakfast room. Lots of fascinating art throughout the property. Especially loved the ceramic collage in the breakfast room. Sergio was very helpful and recommended an excellent local restaurant for dinner. The range of homemade and local food for breakfast was great. Altogether a lovely place to stay while exploring Noli.

The room was nice, clean and cosy. The breakfast served at the table with homemade focaccia (and a lot more) was as amazing as the view. The host was very friendly. I would definitely recommend.

Once we'd arrived, everything was perfect - the room, the bathroom, the decor in the entrance area, the staff, the breakfast in the morning.

Finding the place was not straightforward if you are travelling by private car. There are several issues. 1. There is very limited parking nearby if you arrive in the middle of the day and the resort is busy. 2. Unlike a hotel, the name is not easily seen from the road and so if approaching by car it is unclear exactly where to stop. (It is next door to the Hotel Monique). 3. If you miss the location and carry on along the main road to the west, it is very difficult to turn around without travelling to the next resort along the coast, with further delay caused by roadworks. So my advice is to locate the position of the accommodation fairly accurately before travelling to Noli.

I spent two nights here alone while exploring the coast for the purpose of surfcasting. The location is ideal - it's across the street from the beach and the breakfast area and terraces have great views (though my room didn't have a terrace or view, but that was fine by me. I don't know if other rooms are differently situated or not). Everything was spotlessly clean and the bathrooms were large with an especially large shower. The proprietor was warm and welcoming and made some good restaurant recommendations. The breakfast was ample and delicious. I plan to stay here next time I'm in Noli, which given the fact I live in Milan, should be relatively soon. The hotel is steps away from the old town - and I prefer to stay on the edge of the centro storico than right in the heart of it.

Free parking is only available on the street. I had no problem finding any, but I also arrived at a time when there wasn't much traffic. But while I was there all the other available parking disappeared as people flocked to the town to spend an unseasonably warm February day on the beach. I can see how during peak travel season free parking would be a problem. There is paid parking right around the corner (though that was filled up as well). The good thing is that if you get street parking, you'll be close to the hotel.

Friendly staff, superb breakfast, spacious room and bathroom. We had a little balcony overlooking the bay, and we got our breakfast there. They placed a trolley full of delicious breakfast foods in front of our door in the morning.

Everything! The place, the room, the location and above all the hosts: Andrea and Sergio. They provided all the info, made restaurant bookings for us and were always kind, answering questions, having great conversations. Also the breakfast was always fresh with homemade, regional jams and freshly made juices. Highly recommend Ca De Tobia, we'll go again!
