This was a return visit for us and again the hotel provided a fantastic experience. A wonderful location and a stylish setting whilst providing excellent service a great breakfast. The staff are all happy to give a warm welcome and advice when asked.

Parking missing

The room was nice and clean with a view to the sea.

Staff was not friendly, there was NO parking space, when I was told there was, parking was very difficult as it is packed w holiday makers The noise was excessive at night. The beach is across a highway with no sidewalk. We couldn't enjoy the beach the day we checked out, no parking space and no facility to change, unless you use the bagno at high price...disappointing!

The hotel is old school comfy. The breakfast was typical Italian, with some extras, but plenty of it. The room was comfortable and pleasantly decorated.

The only thing that went a bit wrong, was that we needed to leave early, before 8am, to catch our train. The only person on reception at the time seemed to think we hadn't paid. Fortunately, another member of staff arrived for their shift, and agreed that we had paid.

A lovely hotel well located in Noli - near the beach & village. Staff were really friendly and the breakfast was great. The room had a good view and was very comfortable. Will definitely be back.

Not all restaurants and private beach bars were open in Noli.

the floor in my room needs to be redone. it’s uneven and has chips and raised spots and two vastly different woods. the only flaw in my visit (and minor in my mind.)

Being picky bathroom was very small but it didn't bother us.

We booked a room with a balcony through Booking.com. We got a room without a balcony. We booked this hotel mainly because of the balcony. The staff and everything else was fine.

What a delightful experience. This hotel is a perfect mix of traditional and modern with a unique position in a town that is simply astounding. It is perfectly located and the staff were outstandingly helpful, considerate and pleasant. Parking is available outside but in pay by hour bays so it is necessary to plan for that or use the hotel parking that is a walk away. We had a brilliant family room with a great view, air conditioning and a really efficient shower. Perfect considering the heat wave and the long drive we were undertaking. The area is packed with restaurants so plenty of choice. We ate out in the evening but had a fantastic breakfast at the hotel the next morning that was both elegantly presented and generously bountiful. This is a seriously good place to stay and one where we definitely would wish to return.
