Right on the beach. Pool and gardens nice. Dining on the beach in the evenings. Room was good size.

The bathroom needs seriously updating, no hot water in washbasin, water barely hot in shower and low water pressure. The water gushed straight onto the floor from washbasin when we arrived but was fixed straight away. Awful towels, stained and holes. Used the pool towels for bathing which were better. I appreciate the difficulties as these hotels sat empty for so long during COVID and now need serious maintenance. I guess this hotel was great in its day but overpriced in its present condition.

Such a lovely place. We had five nights here and could easily have spent a few more. The hotel is located right at the beach with many restaurants and bars. Also the hotel has its own phenomenal restaurant and bar. Would recommend everybody to go here :-)

Really enjoyed our stay here; lived up to expectations! Firstly we were greeted by a lovely man showing us where to park and point us in the right direction for reception. The receptionist then was super speedy and allowed us to check in early at 10am as our room was ready. The initial man then helped us with our luggage and took it to our room for us. Breakfast was lovely and lots of options - Pancakes, waffles, cereal, traditional Thai food, fruit, yogurt and an egg station where they make scrambled egg, fried egg or omlette with a choice of your fillings. Although the area around the pool was small, with only about 8 deck chairs, there was a space in front of the pool right by the beach with lots of sunbeds. These filled up pretty quickly with hotel guests leaving towels and reserving the beds, but I guess you got to do what you got to do. Good location if you have a car or moped as it's an easy drive to the main areas so you aren't in the main touristy areas, however, may be different if you didn't have a mode of transport. We stayed in the tropical room, good size, clean, everything worked well and was cleaned every day too if you wanted it to be.

Quite a small pool area for how many rooms they have, some people walking around looking for places to sit if they had not got there early enough for a sunbed etc. There wasn't any advertisement about there being a gym, so I unfortunately didn't see this until my last day. Although it is a small gym set out in an old bedroom, it was still basic for a quick workout and everything you need.

The location was great and the beach was clean and beautiful. We also love the daybeds and pool area where we can spend our leisure time there all day.

The water pressure was too low and it‘s a bit inconvenient with Happy Hour which we can buy one get one free but you cannot get different drinks for it even though we tried to ask for the staff to charge for the more expensive one but they wouldn’t allow..

The pool and bar area was lovely, the room was spacious and well kept! Staff member named Emmy who worked in the bar was amazing, helped us with everything we need, tickets/dinner etc. She really made our stay

Great location, nice modern rooms, beautiful beach and pool area, delicious breakfast and nice staff.

Coffee at breakfast and the cocktails were not great ;) but that is the only thing ;)

Good location, if you get a scooter you’re close to everything. Even if walking the main road outside has the essentials (shops, food, spa) or you can taxi into Kai bae in 5 mins. The staff are super friendly and helpful throughout the hotel but especially at reception. We hired one of the scooters and had no problems. The pool is one of the nicest I’ve seen, with good selection of chairs, sunbeds and beanbags - but it does get busy early. The breakfast was a nice selection and the egg station was really good. Beds were so comfy with nice toppers on them and loads of room to store your things and get settled for a few nights. There is a small fitness room which can be used with no one else in there.

The shower in our room was really poor, think a new shower head and it would be fine.

Absolute perfect location just sitting on top of the beach. Decoration of the rooms and the common areas is of a very good taste and makes the spaces feels very cozy. Pool area is one of the most private and beautiful we have seen. Staff were extremely friendly amd helpful.

If we need to point out something less positive, we would say the variety of the breakfast selection throughout the week could be better. We are totally for the fight against food waste, but we think they could alternate some of the options available intead of the same 3 or 4 options everyday. This is definitely still not a reason to not come here. We totally recommend staying here if you have the chance.

Nice swimming pool with amazing sea view, bar and restaurant. Friendly staff and good prices. The hotel is located near the National Park and Klong Plu Waterfall.

The airconditioner works but very noisy. It's time to replace it.
