Spacious and nice place. Location is great, small tuscan village with services and in the middle of tuscany region
Poor acustic isolation, you can hear people in the street. In summer it can be hot and there is no air conditioning

The whole atmosphere of both apartmant and village were amazing. Claudia was very nice and reliable. Locals were friendly and helpful. Wish to come back one day.

It was a nice cosy apartment with everything you need to cook. The town is nice and small and a good place as a base to go for wine tasting in the near wine farms.
The owner was warm and helpful.
There was something wrong with the drain in the shower and in general a funny small of mold.

We enjoyed very much our stay in the Monolocale apartment: it is comfortable, tranquil and we had everything we needed for resting and cooking. It’s really pretty from the inside and outside, a free parking is 1 minute walk away from the apartment. The communication with the host was excellent as well.

We were welcomed by Claudia very nicely. We had a good chat and she gave us useful recommendations. The studio itself was perfectly clean and very comfortable.

The owners were extra kind! This is a perfect little home for a few days in a lovely little town far from the madding tour groups. With a car you can visit so many places easily from here and, if not, there are enough bus services to keep you busy for days. The monolocale is comfortable and homely, spotlessly clean, very safe and I didn’t want to leave.
Wifi would have been helpful but it is possible to use the local real estate office to check emails etc.
