La Villa Teneguia est à seulement 30 minutes de l'aéroport d'Arrecife. Avec 3 chambres climatisées et deux salles de douche "walk in" de plain-pied facilitant l'accès. Situé dans un endroit privilégié dans un cul-de-sac tranquille dans la belle région appelée Montaña Roja, à environ 10 minutes de la plage Playa Flamingo, avec d'excellents restaurants et supermarchés. Le quartier est très familial avec le parc aquatique à proximité.
Il comprend une cuisine entièrement équipée, un salon et un coin repas avec télévision et chaînes anglaises pour le cinéma, le sport et les animations pour enfants. WIFI gratuit est également disponible.
La villa dispose d'une piscine privée chauffée avec une main courante et des marches romaines facilitant l'accès. The villa was in a quiet area very close to flamingo beach. We really enjoyed our stay. The villa provided all we need. Communication with Hazel the owner was great and the local manager Suzanna was amazing.

Villa Teneguia is a fantastic villa which is situated in a prime location in Playa Blanca. It was only a short walk to Playa Flamingo beach, shops and restaurants.
Our stay was absolutely perfect, and the villa exceeded all of our requirements for our family.
The villa is very clean and welcoming with lots of space.
The pool was brilliant, and our young kids (ages 6 & 3) loved every second playing in it.
The villa included all the amenities required to aid the prefect stay and communication with the host was fantastic.
I would highly recommend staying at Villa Teneguia and would book again next time we visit Playa Blanca.

The villa lived up to our expectations. It had everything we needed to make our stay perfect, and it was very spacious, clean and perfectly located for us. I would definitely recommend the villa, and we look forward to returning in the future.

Unfortunately we had a few issues with water, eventually after 4 days Carlos fitted a new pump and it worked after that.
The layout of the villa was good, as was the pool.
The shower in the family bathroom didn’t have much force and the dishwasher needs a bit of sorting.
We didn’t let any of these issues worry us and really enjoyed being away in nice warm weather.

This place was more than perfect, absolutely a dream, so spacious, so private not overlooked, we used the pool every day and the views out to sea while having our breakfast or tea watching the sunrise and sunset every day was unbelievable, we took two members of the family who were first time flyers and they just kept saying wow at everything each day they were there, Suzanne was amazing and was there whenever we needed her help, and not just for the villa but help if we needed anything, we would definitely book this villa again next time we are in Lanzarote and i know the others are looking forward to going now they have tasted it

This property is in a prime location when staying in Playa Blanca.
The beach is less than a 10-minute walk away with a couple of supermarkets, restaurants, and a great little coffee shop that serves iced lattes made with oat milk (very important for this reviewer).
If you don't mind walking another 10 minutes, you'll reach the main town along the coast road.
The property itself was perfect and one of the best we have stayed in Lanzarote. The furniture was comfortable and the outside private. The welcome pack left for our arrival was unexpected and much appreciated.
We are planning to return next time we are in Playa Blanca.

My husband booked villa Teneguia as a birthday surprise for me and our daughter to spend the week away. The photos of the villa on the website didn’t do it justice it was more than we both expected. We have stayed in villas in playa blanca before so knew the area very well. We had a very relaxed stay at the villa and would recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in Playa Blanca. The welcome pack was an unexpected surprise with the basics awaiting us on arrival, such as milk,water ,orange juice ,tea,coffe and biscuits as well as a bottle of wine. We have stayed in many villas in playa Blanca but this one definitely at the top of my list.
Beautiful spacious villa, perfect location in a quiet cul-de-sac, 5 min walk to the gorgeous flamingo beach and local restaurants. Waterpark at bottom of the road.
The owner was quick to answer any questions I had and recommended a transfer from the airport that we used. A lovely welcome pack also which was lovely.
Villa was lovely a clean. Really recommend this beautiful villa and thank you to Hazel for letting us stay xxxx

The villa was as described but when we arrived we were really pleased. The apartment was It was well furnished, plenty of room for our family, the pool and patio area was ideal with plenty of beds for us all. If we wanted to escape the sun the TV had an android TV box and Netflix as well as good WIFI for our phones (WIFI was good in all areas including outside). The kitchen was well equipped. A bottle of wine, tea, coffee, milk and biscuits were left for us on arrival which was a nice touch. 😊.
The Villa was in a quiet cul-de sac around 10 mins walk to the Playa Flamingo sea front which has around 5 restaurants and 2 supermarkets and a glorious small beach. Another 10 mins walk along a nice sea front and you reach Playa Blanca with more restaurants, shops and bars.
The communication from Hazel was prompt and answered all our questions. Likewise the onsite support locally from Suzanne was excellent. We would definitely book again.

Beautiful villa, very spacious lounge area. All spotless with good quality furnishings. Good sized heated pool. Very private and in quiet surroundings but only 15-20 min walk to sea front.
Our villa manager, Suzanne, was brilliant. We had a couple of occasions when we need help immediately, and both times Suzanne responded immediately and quickly dealt with the problem. Thank you Suzanne!
Will definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay in this villa in Playa Blanca. Short walk to Flamingo beach and the nearest shops, but it was very pleasant to be in the less touristy area of town. The villa had everything we needed and good facilities including plenty of loungers by the pool.

The villa was spotlessly clean on arrival, and check-in instructions were easy and clear. The villa is very comfortable, with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The pool was beautiful, crystal clear and refreshing!
The house is located in a built-up neighborhood, and although you can occasionally see your neighbors by their pool, it does not feel overlooked. It's only a 10min walk to Flamingo Beach, which has a few restaurants and shops, and lovely views.
Thanks to Hazel and Suzanne for their excellent service - we had a great time and would love to return!

The Villa sits in a quiet residential area of Playa Blanca just a short 15 minutes' walk from any amenities. It's on one level with its own drive and front door, the rooms are spacious and have easy access. There is plenty of space in the main living room/kitchen. The Tv and Cable tv were top notch for keeping us entertained on our evenings. The kitchen is adequate for one or maybe two people to work in and has some electrical equipment for cooking i.e. air fryer- microwave and a Forman grill that's needing updated. The property has two bathrooms none of which is suited for someone who cannot stand up and needs the use of mobility aids to use in the bathroom/shower
(Grab rails and ease of access in and out of the shower). The pool area is spacious and clean and has more than enough seats and tables to have a pleasant time. As a family we liked our weeks stay at the villa but frustrated by the lack of access for any disabled person in the bathrooms/shower. There are businesses in the local area of which helped us with a commode and the hire of a mobility scooter all at a reasonable price.

Playa Blanca is one of our favourite places in Lanzarote, and Villa Teneguia is well located. We rented a car to travel around, but you can walk into the main town area, or further afield to Marina Rubicon if feeling energetic. Settled weather in September was a bonus, with nice warm temperatures, and a cooling breeze typical of Lanzarote. The villa itself was very comfortable and well equipped. Nice south facing patio and pool area with distant view to Fuerteventura. Relatively quiet with no disturbance during our stay, but like all villas, this can depend on the adjacent properties. Nearby water park and H10 hotel activity could be heard outside, but not obtrusive. Aircon in bedrooms is very welcome and effective (not metered like some other properties). Communication with the owner Hazel, and local manager Suzanne, was excellent. Maybe a few minor updates would benefit the villa experience, but overall we had a great stay.

We’ve stayed in Playa Blanca 3 times previously but this one was definitely the best. Lovely villa and location was perfect. Vilka isn’t overlooked so there’s a lot of privacy in the outside space. Communication between Hazel has always been great. We also had great communication with villa manager Suzanne on the day of checking in and during the vacation. Will definitely return.

This villa is lovely. Hazel and Lynn are there for whatever you need from booking to during your stay. Hazel is very good to stay in contact with any queries you might have. Very clean. Loads of extras that you didn’t realise you needed (George Forman grill). Hopefully will be back.

Great villa
Lovely villa will everything you need within walking distance. The pool gates are an absolute must for us so it’s great that this villa has them. Gorgeous sea views and sun all day on the patio. Excellent can’t communication from Hazel the owner and Lynn the housekeeper. We’re not even looking at other villas for next year, just booking this one.

Super schöne Villa mit Pool und Meerblick
Wir haben unseren Urlaub in Hazel´s Haus sehr genossen und können dieses nur wämstens weiterempfehlen. Die Kommunikation mit Hazel war problemlos und Lynn hat uns bestens versorgt. Im Haus fehlt nichts, außer einer Heizung für kalte Tage, aber das ist auf den Kanaren halt so und hat uns nicht gestört.
Das Haus ist sehr sauber mit großzügigen Räumen. Der Pool ist auch sehr schön und wird beheizt. Von der Terrasse kann man über die angrenzenden Häuser hinweg das Meer sehen, was wir beim Frühstück sehr genossen haben.

The villa is a beautiful house with big rooms, 2 very clean bathrooms, open kitchen fully equipped and a large livingroom.
I would recommend this house to everyone who want to have a relaxed holiday with the kids.

its was bigger than we thought whitch was amazing so plenty of room for bigger familys . the kitchen had everything we needed and a frezzer too. we loved the pool being heated and lots a room around the edge. south facing is a plus as sun all day and not over looked.

as a family of 3 my son who is 17 loved having english tv and utube and netflix ,, such a pluss.
nice to walk to the lovley beach 10 mins and shops and resturants . only 25 mins then to playa blanca town centre we did that most days .
for us we found a great gym only 8 mins walk we went everyday so thats great. we will defo be back to this lovley villa . thanks nicola , kenny and levi x

perfect stay
Having stayed in Playa Blanca several times, this was by far the best Villa we have stayed in. The views of the sea to fuerteventura were breathtaking and even more spectacular in the evening when the sun went down.
The pool was lovely and the Villa waa very clean. The Villa was in a perfect location for a short enjoyable stroll to playa blanca and all its charms.
I would highly recommend this Villa to anyone who is a looking for a perfect holiday. Can't wait to go back.

Wonderful Villa
The property is exactly as advertised. Very spacious and very clean. Comfy beds and lovely fresh linen. There is everything you could wish for kitchen and dining wise.
Lynn and Jim were very helpful and welcoming and just a quick call away should you need them.
Less than 10 minutes walk to beautiful Playa Flamingo beach and a further 10 minutes to a fantastic butchers and a well stocked Spar, taxi just around the corner is 3 euros back to the villa, well worth it in the heat if you’re not hiring a car.
Lots of good, reasonably priced restaurants around.
Would we stay again at Villa Teneguia………Definitely.

A wonderful villa
We loved our time at the villa. It's a great place in a great location. It was our second time staying and we will be back again for sure! The gated pool area is a real plus point for us as is the heated pool itself. Comfy, good sized rooms with plenty of space for a family. Lyn, the property manager is fabulous too; very friendly! Our favourite villa
For the second year running we were blessed with fabulous weather in which to enjoy this wonderful villa. We love everything about it- location, facilities, equipment, cleanliness, security etc. The pool is pleasantly warm and was cleaned twice during our week’s stay. The manager, Lynn, called in on the first day to ensure that all was well. We had a late flight back and, as the villa was not booked out for the next day, the owner, Hazel, allowed us to stay throughout the day, which was really helpful.
We would thoroughly recommend for friends and families, as the villa and surrounding area are suitable for all age-groups.

Amazing stay in this lovely villa
We had an amazing stay in this villa. Location was perfect - just a short walk to shops, restaurants and the beach. The villa itself was lovely - very spacious, clean, comfortable beds and a lovely pool and terrace area. We had a 2 year old with us and it was perfect for him, with no steps and the ability to close off the pool area from the terrace so we could relax. It was perfect.
