It's a great place for family. It has confortable beds, good air conditioning and the kitchen utensils are very helpful. It is 15 minutes walking from the airport and 12 minutes walking to Spratt bright beach. If you get a taxi it is two minutes. Nice staff.

I like leaving

The electricity only works sometimes, also the water in shower don’t work sometimes and when they do, they are only freezing cold. All the rooms smells like something really dusty (kinda like something died there) The water in the toilet don’t flush, every time you go, make sure you take the pump with you (because your things won’t go down by themselves…) Location is the worst, it’s very close to a very dangerous neighborhood, we were scared to go out during the night and even the day. More things that made the stay not comfortable: 1.No Wi-Fi and on top of that there is not much of a cellular signal so you are on your own. 2.Kira entered our room once without asking we saw the door was opened after we got back. 3.Constantly told us to close lights and doors of shared facility (for this she could be responsive but for the real problems she didn’t bother much) FYI - regarding what’s Kira saying, again she’s lying.. I’ve contacted booking and declared her report as a scam. I also asked for “proofs” which of course did not exists. For those two reasons booking has agreed to give me my money back. BEWARE SHES A FRUAD If you’re still wondering if you should book this place, feel free to send me a message on Facebook and I’ll show you my conversation with booking and our agreement due to her false charges.

The shower was broken. The water was not much more than a trickle. We should have been told about this. Wifi very weak, apparently a problem throughout San Andres.

a little far from the beach

Yanette even changed our bed sheets and towels during our 5-day stay. Fridge and kitchen, very quiet!
