Nice arrangement of chalets facing a pool that was warm and inviting. The restaurant food was nice and the staff were friendly and polite. The location is opposite the beach and just up the road was a great coffee shop

My partner and I enjoyed the staff. They were very nice and responsive. The entire hotel was exactly what we were looking for so far as an old school hotel on the beach. Food was excellent and well priced.

The shower was a bit cold and the drainage was not great. But no big deal really.

Hotel in front of the beach. Just cross the road. And room we had is deluxe in front of the pool which is good for kid to swim and enjoy the pool.

very nice & professional staff, helped us with changing our booking. Clean rooms, good mattresses & quiet AC. Very close to the beach right across the road.

A few years ago, Otres Beach was a quiet cozy beach only accessible by a dust road from Sihanoukville. The whole area has changed massively under Chinese influence. Construction sites everywhere and abandoned restaurants & shops lining the newly paved street. I feel sorry for the locals having lost their small businesses.

Extremely friendly and welcoming staff. Great atmosphere with nothing too much trouble. Perfect location opposite beautiful sandy beach. Well maintained pool and garden areas. Special thanks to Ratana and Pan for going the extra mile to make our stay perfect. A couple of issues arose with our room which were very quickly resolved. The rooms are comfortable and kept spotlessly clean with fresh linen and towels daily. The breakfast is plentiful and the food in general at the restaurant was very good. We will definitely stay again if in the area.

Attentive and helpful staff. Restaurant with a varied and reasonably priced menu. Wonderful big, clean swimming pool. Grounds cleaning staff and security top notch.

Minor maintenance issues - e.g. balky door lock.

Beds are comfy, room is clean, spacious enough. Pool is nice to chill in and around duringt he hot day. Food is fine, many local options. Prices are good, happy hour is 3-5 pm (tye clock in the restaurant is wrong, check the time with stuff properly).

I used to visit this hotel for a few years, same as many other travellers from other countries, always being welcomed, but recently, the hotel owner decided to turn to local (Khmer) customers much more than foreigners, which means that you will be woken up by people talking on heir phones at 6 am outside their bungalows, packing their stuff loudly, getting ready for breakfast. Kids will be shouting in the pool at around 7 am. The restaurant now serves local soups and instant noodle at an ugly metal counter which spoils the view. The receptionist we had didn't speak decent English, which caused some difficulties during check in.

It was very noisy (music until 2.00 am and children in the swimming pool at 6.15 am) and nobody from the hotel to fix that

The staff were very quick to help with drinks, crossing the road etc. Just a 20 second walk to the beach too

Beds were so uncomfortable. You could feel the springs dig into you. Check out was not very quick. They tried to charge me for someone else's order.

Comfortable, well located (although Sihanoukville itself isn't a place where there's much to do, at least this hotel is by the beach and there's a nice long walk you can take), restaurant is really good and you have welcome drinks for free. Nice swimming pool, hot water, clean, simple but comfortable.

Nothing much. Maybe to say something, that in the evening you can hear the other guests because we all have a sort of bungalow not well noise isolated, with outside terrace. But we were too tired anyway and people were quiet. We heard the rain, but that happens anywhere in Asia.

Pool and beach across the road. only a 10 minute walk to Brown coffee

Pool was open at 6am and families took advantage of this. If you don’t want to be woken up at 6am by screaming children do not get a room next to the pool.

One of our rooms leaked because of the rain but staff helped us move to a different part of the hotel which was even better!

The small coconut tree in the middle kinda blocked the view.

The beach is closed to the resort. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is delicious.
