The town where it is located is beautiful, the accommodation is great, clean, spacious, comfortable beds, great shower and bathroom, kitchen perfectly equipped with everything, beautiful terrace, beautiful restaurant just downstairs, quiet area.

Everything was perfect for our Istrian vacations. Host Marina was really nice and helpfull. We had really great time in Roč.

In simple words: Just perfect!!! This isn’t the cheapest apartment we ever booked, but surely one of the best: the apartment has excellent design and suitable equipment for making a meal and breakfast. The host paid attention to all the small details that make the difference. The apartment was extremely clean and very well kept. Lots of lovely little touches. Great addition was lots of different taste of tea and Nespresso coffee machine with pods included. Marina is a real host, nice and welcoming with lots of info. I would highly recommend staying at this apartment for a restful and enjoyable stay.

This was a wonderful place to stay. The place has so much charm and Marina has added several amazing touches. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking at home. Everything was very clean, comfortable bed, nice bathroom... All together fabulous. We would highly recommend this place. We also loved having nice, quiet Roc as our base to explore the mountain villages and Ucka.

Everything was perfect for us!

Out host mom was super nice! We first didn't know what time we are arriving so Marina sent me message by whatsapp and asked about what time. Everything went well and the apartment was nice and clean. Bathroom was also clean. Kitchen was well equipped. Marina told us nice places to visit, which was nice. We really loved the air conditioning! It was really hot in the beginning of August. What we didn't love was the scorpion that we found in the bedroom. So we sent whatsapp message to host mom Marina and she came to the apartment really fast, saved us and killed the scorpion! Thank you for doing that <3 And then on the next day we managed to kill one by ourselves... I need to say that there is a nice restaurant next to the apartment, we recommend it warmly :) Also recommend apartment Roža warmly, nice place to stay for a while. You dont have to worry about noise or tourist crowds there, which was nice.
