Great location, with plenty of parking spaces . Simple and efficient check in, and a very stylish and spacious apartment . Cleanliness was impeccable , the bed comfortable , and the locale nice and quiet, so we slept well.

Everything was good

The location was great. 5 mins walk into town and not noisy despite road and near train station. Parking on site! Very clean and had everything we needed. Milk,.tea, coffee and breakfast was an added bonus..Books and games available to use. Little cafe on site if wanted. Lovely outdoor area at front.

Apartment 1 - Was tucked away into a small corner with large walls and plants at the back in front of the window so not much natural light. Bedrooms had no windows which was ok in terms of there being no natural light for sleeping but wasn't great for air circulation. It was.unbearably hot in the evenings and the duvets were too thick to use in that heat. Oscillating fans were available but we couldn't have them on at night due to the noise. Couldn't work dishwasher and no instructions. Seemed to be on a timer. Instructions would have helped there was a guide for everything else.

Nice little extras like breakfast items, milk and water.

The place was clean and tidy with enough stuff to get you started. Thank you for breakfast much appreciated.

We were supposed to get them from a lock box, but someone was at reception when we arrived, so they gave us the keys instead.

The road is a little noisy.

They provided us with cereal, milk and yoghurt.

Excellent location and a well appointed spacious travel apartment where a lot of thought has been taken to fulfill the travellers needs. Lovely friendly and helpful staff.

The room was great, well appointed and had all the facilities you need, the overall site was smart and clean however there was a pub opposite that when we walked back from diner there were police everywhere where a fight had broken out and was still happening just over the road which we had to walk passed to get back to the room which made us feel a little unsafe to go out.

Perfect apartment for over night stay in salisbury. Right next to the railway station but quiet. Walking distance to the cathedral. Breakfast provisions for first day very welcome. No lift which we knew this before booking but there was someone to help us with our bags.

the children’s second bedroom could only be accessed via the master bedroom.

There was no one there when we arrived, but someone arrived after a minute or two, very friendly, gave us our keys. The room was ready although we were early. Cereal, milk, apples, yogurt in the room. Very clean. Netflix on the TV made my daughter happy!

A nightlight in the bunkbed room would have helped, my daughter was not able to sleep in the other room as it was too dark for her. Also the kiosk not working was a bit puzzling, maybe a sign stating that would clarify things.

The apartment itself was very comfortable and in a good location, next to train station and shops.

The front door was very hard too pull shut.

These apartments are in a great location. Close to the station and town. They were clean, comfortable and well equipped for families. There was onsite parking too. (First in best dressed).

The bunk beds were squeaky.

Parking is a little tight
