The location and it is clean and comfortable
It has to be there is some difference in booking through the site and when go direct to the reception with out booking, also can make little discount if staying only couple of hours than full night

Atmosphere, location, staff
Water was too hot. It's almost impossible to take a shower during daytime. Hotel needs to install thermal insulation for pipes.

No any respond once you call to the reception, there is no sound insulation between rooms wall, so all the sounds and the noise you can here it from your room, and specially at night disturbing me once Im sleep.
