La chambre n'était pas bien propre poussières partout sous le lit.

Cela ne dépend de l'hôtel ou le personnel mais des voyageurs car les chambres sont toutes non fumeur par contre on pouvez sentir fort l'odeur de cigarette dans la chambre chose dérangeante pour trouver sommeil.

the receptionist lady was very nice.

the shower water was hot and then cold. the room smell horrible and was very cramped. the breakfast was basic.

I am disabled, i have autism so i booked the wrong room thinking that i had booked a room with handicap ♿ facilities . I explained the situation to the attendant (receptionist) and she(Ludiwine) kindly provided for a better solution. She came along with me to the other side and I could have an appropriate room. When I stumbled on the way she quickly reacted and helped with my walker. And the receptionist(a man) there was also polite and helpful, he even helped me with the carrier of my meal, he helped with my suitcase as well! I can not thank them enough! May God bless you all.
