we were travelling with our two house dogs and they were allowed with no concern the owner checked in on us after our arrival and prior to our departure with supportive welcoming and appropriate messaging the location and apartment was awesome

Location was great with supermarket directly across the road and tram station directly out front. Location was a 10 minute drive to the city and hosts were great to deal with. Property had a great city view and was very modern and comfortable.

Unit was not clean enough, baby bottle left under cushion, bin had not been cleaned out, a lot of dust on skirting boards and under furniture, etc. old towels. Owners personal items filled all cupboards - felt very cluttered. Bed pillows average only

Location and Apartment size was fine. Security and access to the building was also very good. The apartment was clean and well provisioned.

Not so much a complaint, but more of a personal preference. I felt the apartment was "too cluttered" for letting out. Too many personal items which made the decor very specific in taste. I'm a business traveller and this felt like I was rooming at somone's place. So many appliances plugged into powerpoints everywhere - it was hard to determine what was in use and what wasnt. I would suggest simplifying the decor would appeal to a wider range of travellers.
