The Hotel is in a good central position, the manager was friendly, undercover parking. Good value being so close to the city. Public transport within a 150 meters.

Nothing. Very old and tired facility. Chose it as close proximity to hospital where I was booked for an early morning procedure.

Woken by some lady locking herself out of her room at 1.50am and carrying on for 30mins as the person in there wouldn't let her back in. Didn't go out as we didn't feel safe. Sounded like she was affected by drugs or alcohol. Finally got back to sleep and woke at 7am to 3 cockroaches in the bathroom and 1 scurrying across the carpet. Couldn't wait to leave.

Pros: Price, Location from city CBD, good staff, locked garage.

Cons: Bathrooms, I found the location unsafe, no natural air/light.

This place is a poor excuse for a hotel. Its poorly run, poorly presented and the workers / owners have no idea what they are doing. The common areas are filthy, room walls painted by a blind person in random colours, bathrooms with thick mould, strong smell of cigarettes in the common areas from people smoking and putting their butts in the pot plants. Car park full of graffiti and random junk. Frayed bath towels, breakfast cereal served with no bowls, room temperature milk and juice. When I asked why can't it be kept in the fridge they replied that is how they always serve milk and juice (warm!!). No bar soap but liquid body wash provided with no hand washers, leaking AC with missing directional louvers, no extra power points in the room to charge phones, old fridge in the bath room with rusty door poorly painted over. Mattress base with no cover, rooms not serviced during the day. Poorly patched up bathroom ceiling from previous repairs not finished. I requested a larger room that was available and even though it was only $20 more they insisted I forfeit the first room cost and then charge $140 for the upgrade. The worker giving out the sliced bread for breakfast first put down his box of cigarettes and lighter then grabbed the bread with his bare hands and jammed 4 slices into a zip lock bag designed for two. This place should be avoided at absolutely all costs. Whole place is a disaster. Pay a little bit more for a proper hotel.

look, you get what you pay for. it’s a bit like visiting your single son’s share house, you feel the need to spray bleach/Glen 20 most surfaces. bathroom not especially clean, and don’t think about looking behind couch or bed! Wifi poor, and a bit noisy at night when people are coming and going (quite echo-y). But, if you just need a bed and a hot shower then it’s fine.

Was great price, and worked perfect for us. Good location and comfy beds. Good place to stay if you just need somewhere to sleep. Off street parking was good too

Was very dated, needs a makeover. Said it came with breakfast but we didn't get it or was unclear how you got breakfast.
