Best stay we had in portugal! Staff was welcoming, the pool is warmed and opened at nights, so we could enjoy it even though it wasn't so hot outside. Amazing breakfast. The property is beautiful and the room was amazing. We will definitely come back!

The food during the day was only average. The rest was amazing.

The day light in the room was very little The rooms are not sound proof The food we try at the “quiosque” (snack): the salmon poke was very salty; the chicken on the chicken sandwich was not well done

The peaceful and quiet from all spaces. The kids love the animals!

The fact that in addition to the rules being to open only on the 1st of June because it was very hot the pool was still under maintenance but no one was working on it

The staff was very forthcoming and charming and certainly did everything to make our stay there as pleasant as possible - also the sourrounding area is really great, I especially enjoyed taking early morning walks in the nearby woods and the smell of damp eucalyptus trees and herbs that seem to grow everywhere you look. Also really nice pool area and a small enclosure with sheep, goats and chickens that gave the whole experience an indeed "charming" rural vibe.

Unfortunately the thing that was not so charming were the rooms itself or rather how they were constructed: If you dont book one of the larger Superior or Master suites, you will probably be sharing at least one wall with the next room and its guests - and I mean that quite literally. We were unfortunately suitated in the middle of two other rooms/houses that were promoted as "Suites" (any other hotel would probably call them DoubleStand Room or else...) and we pretty much heard everything that was going on to our left and right. I´m sure there are people that will not care too much about that - but we really were looking for some piece and quiet and relax out on the country. So if you are just a little noise sensitive or do not wish to listen to every conversations (and else :)) your neighbours are having and care to sleep in (unfortunately our sleep cycles and those of our neighbours only overlapped for about 5 hours...) I would advise you to maybe call ahead and make sure you house / room is at the end of one of the housing rows, so you have a chance of a more relaxed stay that we could experience.

Nothing really. If we need to mention something, unfortunately the pool was closed. Although the weather was sunny we couldn't use it (due to being off season)

Amazing breakfast, with great diversity, fresh quality produces. A very calm location where you can really relax, in an isolated environment. Great decoration in the rooms and common places. And a very friendly and helpful team, very welcoming.
