Top floor but stairs. Pool although tiny
Filled spa & all dirt particles spat out. Had to empty & refill. Air con continually dripped, had to go & get extra towels for carpet. Parking is EXTREMELY tight & around the back.

We’ve stayed there at least three times now (over many years) we know what to expect
Hot water took a very long time to come in on day one in the shower, To the point I thought I was going to have a very brisk, icy shower, but it eventually started warming up. Day two = no issues, hot from the start.

Manger phoned us to inquire what time we would arrive as I hadn't indicated time & it was 6.30pm and he offered to stay till 7.00pm when we would arrive

The stairs to get up to the room were steep and narrow, tricky for carrying luggage.

Booked a room and when I arrived didn't get the room I booked. They blamed booking.com I paid for a nice room and instead was given a small stuffy hit room. The owner didn't care. I was upgraded lol 😆 the second night to the room I booked originally.

Manager was unhappy that we had booked through Booking.com.

Out room was serviced daily. And was comfy and clean for a three night stay. Central position in Mildura close to shops. However on arrival we did not receive the room we were booked into and paid for to Booking.com. We were advised that it was better to contact the motel directly to ensure what we got. We tried to get a better room but we were unable.
We had a flashing light outside our window .
We paid extra with booking.com for an upgraded room for three nights with a balcony. The motel staff were unable to accommodate this and were not helpful.
We would have enjoyed our stay much more if we had an outside area to sit in and a balcony view.
