The apartment was very nice. There was a nice kitchen with table to sit and drink wine! The (2) bedrooms were comfortable! The Wi-Fi was strong!

location, location, location to start with. The balcony was a great place to have happy hour. All needed utensils were provided so you could have some meals “at home”. Having a washing machine was Wonderful since we were there 5 days. Management was great and welcoming.

Only thing I would change is fitted sheets on the bed and softer pillows. Fairly minor concerns.

Highly specified apartment in a perfect location in Orvieto. very well equipped, although we didn’t make the most of the kitchen facilities as we eat out. the Air-con was very efficient. I felt slightly awkward as when we vacated the apartment I couldn’t switch it off and had to leave it on.

I was slightly concerned about the noise of the busy street life outside at night. However the double glazed windows are amazing, and kept nearly all the noise rout. Once the street cleared at Approx 02.30, we opened the windows for fresh air.

Great location; very clean; good beds & bedding; great view of beautiful cathedral. It’s a very comfortable apartment.

There was one fan in one of the bedrooms which was great; it would be even better to have one in the second bedroom; just in extreme heat as we experienced during our stay.

You just can’t beat this location! Only steps from the Duomo and a view of the facade from the balcony. Perfect!

the location was excellent and the apartment is very large and comfortable. there are 2 coffee shops right below so breakfast is very easy

The apartment is very big and clean with a wonderful view of the duomo. I would like to return during the summer to properly enjoy the balcony! The location is excellent with lots of good stores and restaurants nearby. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need to cook, etc.

Location was amazing! The host met us and gave us a tour. She gave us a phone number to contact if we needed anything. She has a binder of helpful information such as restaurant recommendations, directions for how to use the appliances, and sightseeing info. Overall, we felt very welcomed and comfortable and would definitely stay again.

View of duomo. Top floor, spacious apartment. Restaurants close by. Nice wine bar a few feet away. Enjoyed wine on the balcony.

Restaurant below is lively but the noise didn't bother us. Windows shut right. Bedroom quiet in the back.

The apartment was ideally situated in a quaint street with a great view of the stunning Duomo built in the 13th century. It was situated on 2nd floor above a pizza resturant which served excellent food. The sofa was not big enough for 4 people but all other facilities were adequate for our party. Our host paid our parking fee at the car park 300m away which was appreciated. Orvieto is a real gem and the flat offers an authentic Italian experience. We loved it and would definitely recommend it.

Noise one night was loud until around midnight but this did not reoccur.

Location excellent. Space great. Lots of room to move for 4 adults. Owner meeting us made it easy and assisted to sort out parking.

The bar below can be noisy if on a holiday day.
