Perfect charming apartment in the heart of Palermo. Perfect location. Incredibly friendly and helpful hosts (Ivana and Davide). Breathtaking terrace, overlooking the Teatro Massimo.

The apartment is really pretty and comfortable. The view from the teracce is beautiful. Location is perfect, close to the city center and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay there.

Amazing location and place with friendly and helpful staff.
We were unfortunate to have an electricity outage one evening which was not resolved until the morning. However, as soon as the staff woke up that morning we got help right away.

We have stayed all over Europe and booking the 2 bedroom was the best room we have stayed in. From Ivana helping us with getting picked up from the Airport to all through the trip always replying to our msg. Booking this room is a must the photos do not do it justice the room in is 2 levels bedrooms down the bottom and kitchen and balcony upstairs. The location is around the corner from the main street. Will definitely book again.

Superb central location. Excellent restaurant close by. The accommodation had all the facilities you might need.
Inevitably a little noise from the street, but only really on Saturday evening. And the sound insulation was good to be fair.

A very well appointed apartment. Clean and fresh and with all the facilities needed for a comfortable stay. Tastefully decorated and furnished with a large kitchen,sitting area,bedroom, and a small balcony perfect for people watching
Situated at the Teatro Masssimo on a busy road so was sometimes a bit noisy in the evening but that's what is to be expected of a city centre location.
The area is surrounded with an abundance of shops bars and restaurants and all the main tourist sites are within comfortable walking distance.
Would highly recommend for a short stay
The host was very welcoming and communication was excellentl.

The property is superb! It is located in center, it has two floors, two terraces and three bathrooms. It is definitely one of the best places I have stayed!
Wifi in one of the rooms (single twins beds) was not too strong, maybe worth checking it

Wonderful location beside the Teatro Massimo. Good outdoor space. The hostess Ivanna was very good at communicating and helping us.
The front door keys were difficult to use.

Great location, right in the middle of the city. The friendly and helpful hosts who were on hand to answer any questions. Great rooms, comfy beds. Air con was greatly a definite plus!
Only gripe was that the shower in the main bathroom took ages to drain, but that's being picky and this wasn't really an issue!

Location, spacious kitchen, cleanliness and although it's an apartment with no reception, the owners can be easily contaced and responds right away. Customer service is excellent!
A small toiletries holder in the shower cabin would be handy but this is a minor detail.
