I liked the balcony and view. The bed was comfortable and studio quite big.

I didn't like the mismanagement of the booking system as they were not aware of my booking i made the day before in the afternoon. They wanted me to pay the same price for a smaller place which was cheaper on the site. The cleanliness was random. The window panes were dirty which gave a general dirty aspect when other stuff were clean. Had to pay excess to check out later when they failed to meet the booking arrangements.

The pool was clean. The place was calm and quiet.

We had to pay Rs 4136 (€85.05) as shown on Booking.com But upon arrival we were asked to pay 10% for the maid's service even if we were staying for one day only. Plus we had to pay more because the price of the currency increased (booked on Thursday 9th February for Saturday 11th February). Finally we had to pay Rs 4695 + Rs 1000 as a caution fee which will not be returned if we damaged something. NONE OF THESE WERE MENTIONED WHILE BOOKING AND THE OWNER/CASHIER SAID THAT BOOKING.COM ALWAYS COMMIT THOSE KINDS OF MISTAKES WHILE ADVERTISING. Moreover, the underground parking and entry door were dirty.

Everything was perfectly beautiful the staff was very helpful and friendly. A peaceful place to relax.

The location is wonderful. That is all I can say positive about the place.

The owner needs to invest some money back in the property. One time, the property was probably great, but it is clear the owner is starting with the cleaning lady. is not good at cleaning the place, but it was still dirty after she cleaned. We arrived early when she was cleaning and saw her mopping with dirty water that had a bad stench that left the place smelling. My daughter bed stuck the sheets where still dirty. The kitchen had miss matched plates, glasses, cups, and cooking eating utensils. I had to ask three days in a row for a knife to cut meat and vegetables. What was finally brought was an old dull knife that was useless. The amenities were terrible, and there was no gym at the property. The pool was dirty most of the time with no pool furniture, and the pool deak is falling apart and became unsafe .the parking garage was full of debris and trash all over. I will never stay there again

The Apartment was really nice. There was everything you could possibly need for your stay such as Washing Machine, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, and Utensils. The property was well maintained and the owner and the rest of the staff were very friendly. Would definitely stay here again. Really appreciate it!

There are just minor things that they could improve. First is the Pool. There weren't enough lights in the area, the pool water wasn't temperature regulated and there was some leaves and dirt accumulated in some regions of the pool bed. Also there was no lift access to the underground parking basement. We had to walk up the stairs which was a little difficult.

The apartment is in a great location, it's large enough for 6 adults and 2 children, having a garage for the car is really convenient.

The aparment was not properly cleaned before we entered, the weekly cleaning was no properly done, in the mornings there was not enough hot water for the shower of all of us, many lightbulbs were missing, part of the apartment equipment is rusty or in bad state.
