Buona posizione e bagno grande

Check in online piuttosto lungo da svolgere in viaggio. No aria condizionata e dormire con le finestre aperte è impossibile causa rumori stradali per tutta la notte; wifi non funzionante e quindi niente tv o internet; assistenza clienti polemica anche se alla fine hanno cercato di supportarci.

There was no breakfast, and the bed was hard. the street below noisy, but the location to the cave is wonderful.

Eu não tive uma boa experiência. Fiquei em uma acomodação diferente da locada, sem banheiro no quarto. Na primeira noite passamos frio pois nao tinha aquecedor no quarto e nem cobertor. A água quente não funcionava e não pudemos tomar banho. Nao tinha WiFi também. Na segunda noite isso foi resolvido mas ainda sim fez frio e a questão do banheiro longe do quarto não foi boa pois era muito frio até lá e o banheiro bastante frio também.

Lodging was clean and pleasant with new furnishings. Wonderful, spacious bathroom. Excellent location. Host was very friendly and welcoming ... instantly responded to our request for more heat in the room. A good value. We would definitely recommend.

We found the double bed uncomfortable ... two twins that were put together with an uncomfortable gap between. An additional blanket would have been welcomed.

The host, Marianna, was very welcoming and helpful. The room was spacious and clean, with a good-sized bathroom. The location was very central.

The only slight issue I would have is that the mattress was not very comfortable, in particular, the side nearest the window.

Everything was excellent. The accommodation is very comfortable. The owner is extremely friendly and the location of the facility is excellent.

Couple taking care of the apartment was super awesome, nice, pleasant, flexible & understanding. We had super late night arrival and they waited for us with the keys, showed us location where can we park for free & also helped us book seating in restaurant according to our choice. They had made the whole experience that much better. In respect of location, it was so much in the center that if it would be any closer we would have to be accomated directly in the Santuario di San Michele Arcangelo - I really can`t imagine being any closer. In respect of apartment we didn`t missed a thing. Nicely arranged, super clean, new furtniture as well as facilities which where private & accessible only from our room. In respect of price or value for money, since everything was outstanding & exceeding expectations in every way I had feeling that we are stealing from these nice people. This is my absolute go to recommendation if you are visiting Monte SantʼAngelo: 10/10 !!

I liked everything. Someone could be disturbed by the fact that it is located on the first floor without elevator, but that didn`t bothered me at all.
