Our recent stay at Sunny House Izgrev was truly exceptional and far beyond what we had anticipated. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking views that added so much to our overall experience. The facilities were top-notch. The pool was crystal clear and the perfect place to relax, while the sauna and jacuzzi made it feel like a full luxury spa experience. It was exactly what we needed to unwind and recharge. Every little detail, from the immaculate cleanliness to the overall ambiance, contributed to making our stay unforgettable. The hosts were incredibly nice and helpful, always available to assist with any questions or requests we had, making us feel very welcome and well taken care of. If anyone is concerned about the 500 euro deposit, don’t be! It was fully returned upon checkout with no issues at all, as long as you follow the basic rules. Overall, it was a stress-free and amazing experience. We couldn’t have asked for a better combination of comfort, luxury, and relaxation. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a perfect getaway!

Exceptional villa altogether, with a beautiful interior, an amazing view, having clear sight of Balcik, Albena and Golden Sands. The large yard, pool side, jacuzzi and barbecue place makes for an awesome holiday party time. About 10 minutes drive to either Balcik or Albena We also had clear parking places for 3 cars all in from of the property. Definitely looking to come back :)

It is in a beautiful location. The property and the house provided lots of space to spread out. The kitchen was well equipped. Very quiet and peaceful and safe area.

We understood that there was a "beach" that we could walk to from the property and there is not. Our definition of a beach is an area on a natural source of water e.g. Black Sea, not an area with sun loungers beside the pool. Also the "hot" tub was not hot...barely warm....less than 30C. The hot tub was one of the reasons we chose this accommodation.

The worst accommodation I've stayed in. No heat in the room, (electrical problem everynight),the air condition was not functional, the owner very unfriendly when you call for help and accuse me that everything was fine with the heat and i slept with jacket on,we were not able to keep the windows open due to the noisy of workings below, bed sheets lines were dirty, cockroaches on beds and floor (see the pic), bad smell in the bathrooms, the water from the shower run out in the bedroom, the jacuzzi only 23degrees maximum- not able to stay in-the sea was very far and no access to the beach as is mentioned in the description and NO PRIVACY, the security company watched us on the cameras every day! One bedroom is in the back of the proprety( another missed detail in the description) where i stay in and freeze.
