The room was very nice. Big room and big bathroom. Everything in the room was nice. The food in the restaurant was not as good as it should be. But the restaurant manager was very kind and they prepared a special requested meal for us.

Our room was on the first floor facing the neighboring hotel, which was very noisy. Loud music till late, also their kitchen was straight in front of our balcony and it was very noisy too. So I don't recommend room 106 or any room on the south side of the building.

we didn't like the fact that we had to go around the first and second hotel to get to our hotel's parking lot, because the first hotel put a barrier on the street, blocking access to the other hotels.

the sorment in food very cheap the beach was some wmpty beach with beach beds, and nothing else no facility nothing , no towels for beach, sometimes beach bed not availeble , you need to hunt them from other ppl. very very very little pool. tiny . more like decoration.

The staff was amazing, friendly and helpful. The food was really tasty and varied. We had a great room with front sea view. The pool was very clean and the water was great, the staff cleaned the area regularly. We also booked a massage which was very relaxing. The parking is free and we didn't have any problems with our car. The beach is very close to the hotel and the view is really great, with hills and greenery. We had no problem finding free sun beds, but indeed, if you come at 11-12 at the beach you may struggle to find one. The beach has a bar but the drinks there are not included in all inclusive benefits. However we paid 7 BNG for two beers, which is very decent. There are lifeguards on the beach so it's safe to swim. We had a great stay!

The parking was very crowded. We were lucky to find a free parking spot next to the pool entrance but it was the last available one. However there were plenty of free spots, but a bit further from the hotel. There are a lot of dogs on the way to the beach; they are harmless and friendly but if you are afraid of dogs then it may be a problem. It wasn't for us but i thought it's worth mentioning. If you want to exit the hotel area and walk in Kranevo, there is not much to see, it's rather old and shattered.

Amazing hotel, it exceeded all our expectations. The food was one of the best I ever had at an all-inclusive hotel in terms of quality and variety. My young child ate very well. We had a room with a front sea view. The room was very big and comfortable, it looked nice, I liked the placement of the air conditioner. The little playground right by the restaurant was also welcomed. Our vacation was in early september and we had no problems finding lounge chairs by the sea and I always saw free ones at the pool as well.

These have not affected my rating, but just for the sake of constructive feedback I would say: - Wifi was pretty bad. This is the only one that actually bothered me a little, but it's also my third trip in Bulgaria and I found this to be true everywhere I went here, so I don't think it's the hotel's fault. - It would have been nice to have a direct door from the restaurant to the playground. I would pick a table that faced the playground directly so I could keep an eye on my child, but he had to go around half the terrace in order to actually get there. A door would have made sense.

The hotel is over my expectations! Everything is absolutely clean - common areas, the room, the restaurant, pool and the private beach! We easily found free sunbeds, and the guy at the beach was very polite and was eager to help us. Sunbeds were always clean and properly placed. The pool is enough big, as the major part of the guests prefer to use the private beach which is almost in front of the hotel. The food is various, fresh and very tasty. Variety of dishes every day is different. We found out that the owner of the hotel has its own vegetable farm, with ecologically grown food. All the employees are positive, always eager to help and very polite. We will definitely come back and will recommend the hotel to our friends!

The hotel was above my expectations. For those who want to sit and relax, this is one of the best destinations. If you enjoy though going out in the disco or having parties this destination is not for you. Overall for me, this came with a great relaxation time. All hotel facillities are great, including the all inclusive system with a variety of good food.

There is no place to really walk during the night, like a promenade place, considering that this is just 800 meters away from Albena, it would be great to have a walkway near the beach between the two locations and also to the nearby hills, as this is a hilly area, this would be adding a great value for money to the entire location. All matresses should be fully availsble for all guests at the private beach location.

The uncivilized romanian co-nationals who resereved the sunbeds at the beach and at the pool, altough they weren't allowed to do this.

The sea-view was fabulous. The food was really good, and delicious, the kids have enjoyed it.

It was our second time here, everything was very well again. Very kind staff.

Guests reserved sunbeds with towels and the hotel didn't do anything about that despite the warning messages about that.

The hotel area is arranged, everything looks clean. The room is big enough. The food is simple, but tasty. The beach area is nice.

Room 112, the shower cabin needs to be fixed, cause it has a leaking while taking a shower. Also the drain smells sometimes. More chairs on the beach would be great as well as pillows, its very uncomfortable to stay all day on just a towel.
