This was the worst hotel I’ve ever been to in Istanbul, although I’ve visited Istanbul for 9 times so far. After enduring the 1 hour check-in process, we were shocked when we were told that the hotel card system was not working (i.e. we couldn’t move in or out of our room without being accompanied by one of the staff). The window’s lock was broken too, so you can imagine how noisy it was. Besides, the tower in which we stayed had two elevators only, one of them was out of service. The least time we spent waiting for the elevator was 5 mins.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks with small dog.Reception people were very helpful and friendly.Espessially Ece and Okan.My room was upgrated free of charge.Very clean.Breakfasts are exeptional.Very nice lady Lily are making great massage!!!!!My reccomendations.Respect to maintance people.Great job!

Had a great stay here the staff are lovely and super helpful would definitely recommend staying here if I needed to visit Istanbul again the hotel reception upgraded us too which was very nice to a suit room which was amazingly spacious and had everything we needed, the pool and all the other facilities and room service was amazing food was fantastic

the metro station is next door
all at all ..
1- when I arrived I had to drag my bags myself from the taksi and again to my room .. while they helped other guests when I complain .. the receptionist said that the employee was engaged with other guests !!!
2- it took them a while to find my reservation .. and they gave me room without sea view even I request the same at reservation without an explanation
3-1st night they did not clean my room .. I was out of office until 8 pm .. and I had to call when return and they send some one to clean at that time
4- I ordered from room service .. it took them around one hour when I call to check .. the one who answer me was very rude taking the order from the beginning and shut the line in my face
even though the person in charge that night Charly was a big help and he raised the issue to upper management
whenever you ask for something and there is delay in action they said that hotel is busy , for the service hotel provide .. it is not more than 3 star hotel or may be worse .. if you are that busy you need to start thinking of hiring more staff
