The location is a very special one. An oasis in the middle of the woods. Very quiet. Bisons are also quiet.

Refusing payment by card then applying their own exchange rate to customer’s disadvantage. Even when the price of accommodation had been indicated in CZK on Booking.com including taxes, at checkout they announced a higher price in CZK, saying that it was due to their exchange rate. I can understand this strategy working when total price has been indicated originally in EUR (or specifying that a tax has still to be added) but when total accommodation price has been announced in CZK, adding 100 CZK is just rude. Families staying there for a longer period should be aware of this arithmetic anomaly at checkout.

The environment is great with convenient location giving us possibilities to easily travel to things around. Also the staff was very nice and willing to help if needed

It's possible to pay exclusively with cash (Euro or Czech crowns). It was not possible to close doors without locking them, which made a few things harder than they should have been (only one key per room). Other than that, I can't really complain

Location was good and you can see Bison around the apartment. The food at the restaurant was ok. The apartment was clean from inside.

Booking.com price EUR 76.37 per night. The hotel charged 86 EUR per night. The room on the ground floor stink and you can smell inside the room. Very unpleasant.

Friendly restaurant with unusual food. However, the prices are quite high and wine list quite brief.

No water in the shower. Not an accident, just normal problem.

The location and bisons were wunderfull. The food was excellent, but the most expensive we had in tsjechië. The room was oké.

You can only pay cash in the restaurant and the accommodation. But if you know, it's oke.

Location is absolute heaven, it's just one of most beautiful place you can visit if you love to be in silent nature, near to forrests and animals. Only - but understand, it's Bison ranch - no vegan food available. It's a pity, I'm vegan :)

It has nothing to do with the property, but there was such a party in the evening and night that I could sleep until 2 am. But it was one night from two of mine there and the second was everything alright.

Accommodation is directly for ranch, if you like animals, like I do, it is an awesome place. The location is especially good for children. Restaurant (which is part of ranch) had a very tasty food and great atmosphere.

While not a complaint from me, as I did expect that and looked for that, keep in mind that ranch is in middle of nature. Shops and other facilities are in towns around - but keep in mind that you have to drive, ride or walk there.
