Leider war nicht ein einziges Fenster sauber und es gab viele Fenster. Die Terrasse war unschön und nicht gemacht, leider nicht wirklich nutzbar. Wie schon aus anderen Bewertungen lesbar, war auch hier im März 2024 immer noch nicht das Licht an der Treppe repariert und der Fernseher ist wirklich zu klein für die Größe des Wohnzimmers. Leider war auch nicht wirklich Staub entfernt worden. Die Schränke und das Sofa waren voll davon. Einen Nachteil hat die gute Lage leider der Krach wenn man das Fenster offen lässt. Busse fahren sehr oft und auch die Straßenreinigung.

1. Location: is really good right in the centre of town with everything within easy walking distance including the beautiful harbour. 2. Space and Light: the flat is large and you have a feeling of space and light; every room has one or more opening windows including the bathroom and cloakroom 3. Cleanliness: everything was clean on arrival – we could not fault it.

This is a really nice apartment and it was our second visit, having previously stayed for one week in November 2021. The flat was very clean when we arrived, but we were disappointed that the TV was not working, just like our previous visit; I contacted the host Port54 on their customer portal, but they never fixed the problem. We were even more disappointed when for the last 2 days we were left without hot water, Wi-Fi or heating. We were unable to take a hot shower. But the worst thing was to feel completely abandoned by Port54, with no response to these important problems that affected our holiday, and no communication from them. Maintenance is very poor; on our previous visit in November 2021 one of the bathroom basins was leaking and was unusable; it took several days and 2 visits from a handyman to fix this. The TV was also not working and the remote control was missing. These are all problems that can be easily spotted and fixed before arrival of the customer. I was left feeling that Port54 has no capability to fix urgent problems quickly and they do not seem to care about their customers. After multiple messages from me, Port54 finally replied several days after my departure, offering me one free night if I booked again.

Apartment was amazing, very spacious and clean. The bathrooms and bath tub fantastic. Very well equipped kitchen. The location was very good, just around the corner to all shops. Good views of the clock tower and street below.

When arriving by car, the host should explain that there are two lock up garages in the same street near the apartment block. The key you get gives access to both, furthermore there are 2 parking spaces marked space 6 in both garages. By mistake (easily made as keys open both) we parked in the wrong space 6, causing a lot of embarrassment and unease to us and the guest who the space actually belonged to. The situation could have ended in a big parking fine for either guest, or even worse the car being towed away according to the parking signs. Suggest that the instructions sent to the guest state clearly that there is a lock up garage at number 14 AND number 18 Friesische Str. to avoid any further confusion (both right next to the apartment block). Billiard table in the apartment is very nice, but it's still broken and just in the way if it cant be used.

Struggling one hour at the entrance trying to enter because they did not answer the phone, and because they did not answer my mail requesting which pin code to use that I sent a few days prior. Therefore I couldn't access the key upon arrival.
