The house is in a great proximity to the beach which makes it perfect for those who come to sunbathe and swim. The apartment was clean and neat, you get everything you need. The owners are extremely sweet people

Only one AC unit in the living room

The apartment was great, very spacious, clean, with a nice view and proper security. The balcony was spacious enough to dry clothing and have coffee. The location is close to the beach and nice eat-out places.

The kitchen equipment was poor, there was no kettle, the pan was unequal, and the knife was difficult to use as it wasn't sharp. The bathroom also lacked comfort items, such as a curtain and a high-up shower head holder.

Really good , guest frendly staff, clean rooms, good AC, the beach is near (cca 100m). You can park like 20 meters from the apartment. The grill bar is in the near and you can find anything you want to eat. Lidl, kauflan are not far. Again: the host family is lovely and supportive.

The wifi router is weak , almost no signal downstairs. Prepare with mobile data instead :)

Proximity to pier, beach, shops, restaurants as well as bus stops and LIDL and its proximity to APATIA.

One recommendation would be a little leaflet stating the bus time table and their location, location of Lidl, the corner shop location and opening hours and restaurant locations nearby. The reason I mention these is because of the hill to climb back up the hill if you get the times wrong for some of these. Maybe mention that you can catch the bus to APATYA from the top of the road and bus fair needed.

The apartment was exceptionally clean. The host was friendly and helpful. Shops are close to the property. Car parking is just a few minutes walk from the apartment. Good value for money.

The rooms are old fashion and air conditioner is installed in one room only.

Location is nice, quiet street near sea with old houses and nice gardens. Couple of nice restaurants near by. Definitely nice part of Rijeka. Rooms are big and lot of room for 4 people. Nice new fridge.

Two things need improvement. First is bed quality. I've almost broke my back on mattress so bad is unbelievable. Second thing is bathroom. Big but old and almost unusable for showering. Needs improvement. In fact two most important things for me is bad and bathroom and both did not meet my expectations. If this is fixed it could be a very nice place to stay.

Especially, the kitchen facilities were so nice to cook simple dishes, and the view of Adriatic from the room was beautiful. The owner is so kind that I want to go there again.
