The location is great and the apartment very modern inside.
Car parking is available but 25 euro a night.
Portofino is worth visiting but restaurants very very expensive for very ordinary food and service. They are used to tourists and dont care.
There are over 50 steps to reach the apartment including 30 steps to get to the front door. The air conditioning did not work and a technician was promised but never arrived. There was a washing machine but no drying rack so had to hang wet clothes on coat hangers for 3 days to dry by windows.

Accomodation is in a good location in the town.. Very clean and well equipped apartment. Porto Fino is such a beautiful place to see.

nothing really , some small deckchairs to take to the beaches to avoid the daily 50 euros fees would be good.

Nice flat, with aircondition!
The handshower was broken, so it needs to be replaced. other than that theres norhing to complain about!

Very nice place. Excellent communication with the staff. The flat was clean and spacious, well equipped, quiet, just about a 3-minute walk to the centre.

Apartment decor and furniture was new. Clean. Comfortable. Central albeit Portofino is small.
Not enough utensils and towels at the property. Even for two people self catering. Kettle was a one-person kettle. Netflix didn’t work.

The location is perfect and portofino is beautiful a little overrun with cruise boat tourists during the day but very quiet at night time.
The apartment didn’t have sheets for the pull out couch on our arrival and they had only left towels for two people instead of four. This was sorted out quite quickly but the pillows for the children were awful in fact only one had pillows with the other one being two couch cushions put in a pillowcase. The shower was the smallest shower I’ve ever seen in my life and my husband is 6ft2 so that was incredibly tricky. The apartment itself was fine but I did feel it had so much more potential. We paid £25 to park in the garage and the lady who gave us the keys never showed us how to get our car out so we wasted 30 mins of our first day trying to work out how to get out of the garage while on the phone to her.
