For me it is one of two best places to stay in Vrboska. It is perfect for solo travellers as myself - the place is perfectly located almost in the center of the town, studio apartment is big enough for one person, it is perfectly maintained. The Internet access is blazingly fast. The lady running the place is very nice and kind to the guests. It was perfect stay as usual, I wish that the studio will be available on dates of my next year vacation.

The place are rented through the agency - in one hand it is good, as they will provided all necessary formal documents for visa, etc., in another hand they are shielded direct access to the owner, so it is difficult to agree on additional services as early check-in, etc.

The place is well-maintained with new furniture and well-stocked kitchen. The hosts are very friendly. The location is perfect for me, but be aware that it is a bit distant from the main beaches (~1 km from Maslinica, ~2 km from Soline and ~3 km from Paklena). The bus station in 1 minutes walk as well as village center with marina, restaurants and supermarkets.
