Apartamento muy amplio, cómodo. Con lavarropas y balcón para secar la ropa.Muy amable la dueña, nos dio indicaciones sobre el entorno y cómo movernos en bus por la zona.
El mobiliario necesitaría renovación, sobre todo los placards que tenían olor a humedad. Cuando nos fuimos contratamos el taxi con ellos y en realidad es una camioneta que también transporta materiales de construcción, con lo que las maletas quedaron bastante sucias.

The location is perfect. It is very near to the beach, supermarket and restaurants. The place has ample of parking space. All amenities are present as mentioned. The hosts were very warm and welcoming. Best part was the seating arrangement outside each apartment.
Basic cooking essentials like salt, spices etc should be provided as tourists coming for a few days have to buy them. The lighting in the rooms and hall was very dim. Single, low voltage bulbs were given in rooms which kind of brought down the ambience of the whole place.

Walking distance to shops and beach ⛱️. Close to public transport on bus routes. Owners very friendly.
Room for improvement should be very nice once all is done. Wishing the owner everything of the best.

Location was excellent.Trou aux biches beach was 5 minutes walk.Super market was 5 minutes walk from hotel.Rooms were clean.Kitchen & toilets were clean.Cooking utensils were readily available.The owners were generous & helpful.

One bedroom appartment is on the top floor, as highest point around has nice views from windows or terrace. Aircon was only in bedroom but was strong enough to cool whole appartment. Fully equipped kitchen with all necessary things for cooking (but only salt available, no oil, etc). Good wifi. Washing machine was useful.
Less than 5min walk to the beach. Onsite pool. Quiet location.
Owner and his wife were very polite.
West side of island is less windy and more sunny than southeast side. Some coral good for snorkeling directly from beach can be reached if you go to the left once entering beach via side path from Rama Villas.
Cleanliness was not reaching acceptable standard, floor and toilet was clean, but anything higher than floor level was probably long time not cleaned properly including kitchen equipment and cabinets. Furniture etc would need some maintanance and upgrade too. From our 4 accommodations in Mauritius in guesthauses with similar price level it was worst experience concerning cleanliness (it was not that bad you will hesitate to stay, but being in other guest houses we saw big difference)
You have to climb to 4th floor with suitcase, but this was not problem for us.

We enjoyed our stay at the villa very much. The villa is located 3 minutes walk from a supermarket and 5 from the beach. Sony and his wife were very kind to us and helped us whenever needed. The apartment itself had everything you needed, including cooking. We would definitely recommend this villa to anyone planning their holiday in.
I can only mention the creaky bed, I hope we didn't bother our neighbors too much :-D

Kavita and Soni are very nice hosts. The villa is very clean with all necessary amenities. Location is perfect and very close to the beach. Highly recommend.

We were picked up at the airport by owner. A bottle of water during the journey from the airport. We got every information we needed. The owner/host was very kind and helpful.
